Just got an email to say 2 of my 3 items were cancelled. Did this happen to anyone else? No explanation or apology, just looks like an automated response saying some items were cancelled. Pretty disappointing as it was for a birthday present. Also I only bought the 3rd item to make the free shipping, so I really did not want the 3rd item anyway.
Agreed that they should work on their communication end. My order just suddenly showed up at my front door without emailing me prior that the order had shipped nor provide any tracking information.
Maybe you could cancel the third item if it is not yet shipped?
Yeah good idea. I did mention that on the phone and mentioned that I don't want that 3rd item and they said I could return it for free. So at least there is a way around this, but I'll just need to find time to package it up and send it back. Ah well.
Same here, 2 items cancelled, took 8 days to ship and now only receiving 2 items instead of 4.
Also in the email my address has no number or suburb attached to it, see how this goes. Sigh

Bad luck mate. 6 weeks no refund is pretty atrocious. I followed up with them on Facebook with my case number to see if I can speak to someone. This happened to me last year with multiple items cancelled - so I'm hoping I can speak to someone to make sure the complaint doesn't disappear into the abyss (for the sake of other people shopping with them in the future)
Yep, 3 out of 6 items were cancelled from my order. Was only notified in advance about one of them, so I was a little surprised when only half the order turned up! At least I don't have to wait for a refund as they only charged me for the shipped items.
So I ended up getting a reply from Adidas (but on Facebook, quoting my case/complaint number). Good news is that they acknowledged that they're aware of the issue and trying to fix it. Nice to see them also offer me a 30% voucher (off full priced items) to be used within 1 month. I noted the nice gesture, but also commented that this sale was already better because I could use it on sale items, etc.). To my surprise (did not expect this) but they offered me a 50% voucher instead with an expiry by end of year. So that was pretty nice of them. I'm pretty happy overall - would recommend anyone else in this situation to perhaps try for the same!

How do you return a partial order? I have been trying to contact them for days now. Their contact phone number is temporarily disabled and you have to chat with them through their crappy app, which seems like no-one is on the other side as it always times out with inactivity.
Do I just follow their return process by printing the Parcel Point return label and place just the items I want to return? So confusing.
