    Add the item into your cart, then take the screenshot. This shows it was available at the time of asking.

    And

    Pay it via card over the phone.

    They gave me the "we will have to check" vs. I said let me know exactly which section, and or subsection of the price match the t&c's you are struggling with. A manager was put on the phone and took my card payment straight away.

    If you think they are acting dodgey, report them and vote with your feet and dont buy from them again (as I have done with Harvey Norman).

      in my case Babybunting claimed it was a flash sale at Ergobaby and their t&c:
      -Stock liquidations (ie competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into administration).
      -We reserve the right to limits sales to reasonable retail quantities.
      -Not to be used in conjunction with any Baby Bunting VIP or loyalty program discount that might otherwise apply (eg a 5% loyalty program discount).
      -In assessing a competitor’s price, we disregard any cashback, coupon, or gift card promotions they may be offering.

      None of these applies. Who to report to?
