    Just watched it

    Very political

    • I agree, Bezos wants the Dems in I think, good for Amazon global expansion.

    • +1

all of he's works are political, they're just more overt now

    • i'm a turncoat since his first movie used to live and breathe commy stuff, but can still appreciate this humour

  • I'm Dirty Harold. Can and make my day jew

    wawaweewa

  • +2

How do I block free ebook posts?

  • Is that the new one or the old one.

  • +2

Who else reading these comments in Borats accent?…very nice.

  • -8

I give up 100 + negs on BLM subs but this crap acceptable . I join the neg for not wanting to pollute my feed with this .

    • +2

I get ya. Borat helping particular people to publicly display their real characters is an affront to human dignity. Truth hurts. How's your mate Rudi looking at this point? His fans will console themselves by rationalising that he's done far worse - and they'd be right in that.

    • +5

      You have small khrum?

    • +2

I hope all your sh*ts have antlers!

  • Final scene was brutal, very noice

  • +7

Watched it today. Absolute waste of time. First Borat sh!ts all over it.

  • +3

    OMG Rudy Giuliani….

    • i can't tell if it was real or not

      • Sameeee

  • +2

There's one highly controversial scene, more so than any other. I suggest everyone watch the movie then trawl the internet for more information. Not posting spoilers here.

Not a huge fan of the movie personally, the first one was much funnier to me, even though the second one is probably far cleverer.

    • I'd suggest skipping ahead to like halfway through. Not many jokes in the first half, just a lot of really staged situations.

  • Should be interesting to see how it pans out seeing as the First borat relied on 1. His anonymity and 2. Extreme political incorrectness, which he couldn't get away with either in 2020…

    • +1

He finds a pretty funny way around point 1 (think This is America), and point 2 isn't a thing. You can be as politically incorrect as you want in 2020, there are whole Youtube channels dedicated to it with millions of subscribers. He cranks the political incorrectness up to 11 in this one.

      • and point 2 isn't a thing.

        Uh what lol

      • The song when he's on stage. What a pile of douchebags that sang along with it..

  • My score, she's a 5 out of 10. Very nice. Not. OK just.

    Much preferred the original.

IMO this is not a bargain but the people have spoken. Even dealbot thought it was only a forum worthy post.

Mod Edit: Removed comment on piracy.

    • Mods are editing other people's posts now?

      • Any business wouldn't want to be promoting piracy on the internet. So yes they will remove such links πŸ˜‰

        • +1

Piracy is still illegal. Otherwise this would be OzPirateBay

    • 5? When she turned blonde it was a different story. ;)

  • +1

First movie is a masterpiece. The sequel is pretty disappointing. I only found a couple scenes funny and one big shock scene

  • I laughed so hard that pee came out.

  • +2

Not that funny. Ali G was the best character.

  • I want to buy a car with (profanity) magnet.

  • +1

    100% Anti Trump propaganda.

    • +2

ikr it kinda makes it a lil cringe. Thats why its not as good as original

    • +13

The biggest anti-Trump propaganda is Trump himself.

    • +4

Anything anti-Trump is propaganda is many tiny minds.

    • I have no issue with that. Every time Trump opens his mouth I think the majority of the human race will not be able to live out their natural lives…

  • Can somebody with Amazon Prime Video transmit this video to me via Zoom Meeting or Skype video etc…. ?

    • +1

      isn't prime only $6.99 a month?

      • Free trial?

    • +2

      Just use ummagurau

      You're welcome

  • +2

    Absolutely LOVED IT.

Takes the piss out of everything Dump and the timing could not be more exquisite.

Watch it with sub-titles on to catch all the hilarious nuances in all the jokes.

I was wetting meself so much I had to pause play for multiple bathroom breaks! …

This is EXACTLY the psychological relief the doctor ordered after struggling to cope with all the abject insanity in the White House.

Thank you so much BORAT and Sasha Baren Cohen!

    Legends!!! :-)

    • psychological relief the doctor ordered after struggling to cope with all the abject insanity in the White House.

      So you admittedly have….. TDS?

      • Better than the alternative affliction eh?

        • wow damn got me

          • +1

@Andard: Easily fixed. Open two eyes, free your brain of prejudices, buy some perspective and develop an understanding of honesty and integrity. Second thoughts, maybe not so easy.

    • Sacha Baron

  • Wowwahweewah!!!

  • the moviefilm is not that good, looks like a little lower budget and also follows the same recipe like the previous one with no real new gags

  • Not a very good movie.

  • It's a solid sequel. Also possibly the only film made during this pandemic. This will be like a timepiece to look back on to remember the craziness of Trump and covid.

The comedy is similar to the original, it's shocking. Some parts feel a bit forced but overall it holds up as a decent watch if you liked the first. Again it is shocking and now that I'm older I wonder how much that plays into difference of opinion on this one compared to the first.

  • +3

    STOP!!!

    That's my sister, she's 15.

    She's too old for you!!!

  • +2

Who blocked out my neg .
    Unbelievable !

  • -1

My question is can I block out ALL additions to subs but not sub deals ?

  • BAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAA SO FUNNY DED

  • +1

Was obviously not going to be the same as the original, given it was made during a pandemic and for streaming. But it’s an entertaining watch

  • +1

Watched it lastly night. Everyone touched their vagine and it was great excite. Chillin…

  • +2

    Awesome movie.

    Kept me laughing this morning.

The Deb dance was a bit 'much'.

I didn't realise that about CV19 at the end though. Wow!

    • +1

That's the plot twist right there. Tbh, it gave me the chill haha

  • WOW his daughter transformed very nicely πŸ₯°

  • I will never forget watching the first Borat film in the cinemas. People were screaming with laughter. A few people in aisle seats keeled over and rolled onto the steps. Oh, it was delightful.

  • I feel like this only energies the Trump support base. Liberal media never learn.,but at least we get these movies.

  • watched it. It was below average. not as fresh as the first one. I guess most people know about Borat now so are not so easily baited.

  • -8

I am a Khazak Jew and I find this movie:
    Antisemetic
    Sexist
    Xenophobic
    Racist
    Bigoted
    Prejudiced
    intolerant
    and a crime against humanity.

But worst of all part of my soul was lost just for watching it.

    • +2

      good advert that

    • Why do all your words start with a capital letter except for intolerant? Is this some sort of code?

  • Sacha is a genius as always.

Giuliani in damage control. He won't sue and police won't do a thing, because it's all true.

Looking forward to McDonald Trump and Michael Penis packing their bags shortly.

  • -1

I liked the original release so I watched this last night after the Tigers win over Geelong.

I was disappointed with this, was not very good at all, same stuff over again but not much of it funny, so much so I fell asleep while watching it.

I am not interested in American politics but very quickly realized the purpose & timing of this was to help ensure a Democrats win in 9 days.

Borat would have been more balanced & interesting if they also visited Democrat areas & made fun of some Democrat politicians as well. But that never happens, main stream media would ignore it.
The reporting on the election is all one sided & disingenuous. Biden will win as the least scrutinized politician in US history

    • -1

Of course it is one sided. The 'side' in power have been a complete disaster.

The last 4 years of US politics are going to be studied in history classes for decades.

    • +3

The reporting on the election is all one sided & disingenuous.

Is that irony or are you really that rusted on/brain dead and hence blind to reality?

      • Perhaps they didn't realise there are different version of reports on the election. They only saw one side, so it's "one sided & disingenuous" for them…

        • Perhaps. Only slightly more likely than Trump being a selfless, decent person with undoubted integrity.

    • -3

If this movie makes fun of the Democrats, it will never get published. They're censoring everything not ignoring
Yep, the polls don't make sense. It's all paid contents imo. But I think the outcome is opposite of what you said

      • Time you learnt to differentiate between politics and fundamental ethics. Trump is a sociopathic narcissistic liar who ought to be disowned and disdained by any decent person, irrespective of their politics. It says a lot about his supporters that they believe his character and behaviour are completely acceptable.

        • Lol. Who said I'm a Trump supporter? This is about the two major political parties in the US.
And I see that Democrat's propaganda is as effective as ever lol. People can't tell between what is stated and what is real anymore

          • @Scythic: I didn't say you were a Trump fanboi, I suggested you needed to learn to differentiate between politics and basic but your biases are obvious. Your last sentence is correct of particular demographics though - your two posts above are classic exemplars.

            • -2

@[Deactivated]: Of course I'm biased. What are you on about?? Simply because the Democrats keep playing dirty. You wanna suck up to the "big guy" Joe? Sure, go ahead

              • @Scythic: What am I on about? Let me make it simple for you. Your claims of bias are nothing more than a reflection of your own ideological blindness - along with an obvious inability to accept fact.

How exactly are Democrats playing dirty? By ignoring convention and precedent and stacking the Supreme Court? Changing PS employment rules to try to hamper Biden should he win (50/50 chance at best)? Removing public officials who try to enforce the law and refuse to treat Trump's arse as sacrosanct? I haven't seen much of their advertising but the little I've seen suggests they're actually far too soft on the Chief POS. Admittedly they'd need another 6 months to cover all Trump's lies, racism, promotion of anti-science, and discredited conspiracy theories. The Republican Lincoln Project have shown them how to do it.

                • @[Deactivated]: Your "facts" are biased, and you're trying to tell others to accept it?

Lol, what have you been watching though. CNN, BBC and ABC news are Democrats controlled. Mainstream social media platforms also being influenced by the Democrats.

Changing PS employment rules is to improve the chance of having a fair election, which Jump knew pretty well that it won't be fair. Have you seen the 3 parts ABC series on the fake news of the century when Jump started running for President back in 2016? Pretty hilarious
Btw, have you sit through the Amy Coney Barrett Supreme Court confirmation hearings? I watched all 3 days of hearings. Everyone think that woman is more than qualified but Democrats are trying everything to not accepting her.

                  • +1

@Scythic: They aren't MY facts, they're well established truths which are accepted by all but the ideologically blind, wilfully ignorant and those with compromised ethics and standards. I don't expect you to accept anything, I've already concluded that people with your inclinations are oblivious to reality and happy to follow anyone - irrespective of their lack integrity and dishonesty - as long as they don your particular political colours. There's an old adage that if you're going to lie best make it a big one and keep repeating it. In Trump's case his approach is to lie and invent continually so that in the end his more naive and ignorant followers will spread his comments as if they're fact while his opponents simply shake their heads in disbelief that he's permitted to get away with it.

Independent news outlets being "Democrat controlled" is a furphy I see regularly rolled out by rusted on conservatives - much like the debunked "ABC bias" here. It's code for 'anyone who questions us and isn't an unavowed fan is biased and not to be trusted'. I know it's in the playbook you rusted-ons get handed out but you really need to put some substance behind the claims if you want even a little of that bs to stick. If totalitarianism is your aim I'd suggest you stick with it, if not you might want to reconsider what your views mean for democracy at some point.

I see you've avoided answering the question about how the Democrats are playing dirty. While you're thinking about that I'm sure we're all ears regarding you next claim that the election won't be fair (to your mates). Give us some examples. Trump made the same claims without any evidence before he got elected. His claims were examined post-election and yet again debunked. Ironically though in this case you're right - but for the wrong reasons. There is documented proof that some Republican state administrations have made voting more difficult for certain constituents, and not just in this election. The reason for these anti-democratic actions - like limiting access to polling places - are obvious to any reasonable person: they think that this will discourage voters from particular demographics who are less-likely to vote for Trump. USA voting systems are, as many know, consistent only in their inconsistency and subject to State administration whims like the one I've just mentioned. That in itself is "undemocratic" and unbecoming of what is supposedly THE great world democracy (lol). Trump of course also has the huge, some would say "unfair" advantage of incumbency, but that applies to every sitting president seeking re-election. Irrespective, in a very real sense incumbency is a VERY unfair advantage.

No I haven't watched Barret's hearings. She seems a reasonable candidate apart from one huge contradiction regarding damages which you might have read about. But as we all know, American "justice" in particular is rarely even-handed and sometimes especially egregious. That's why it's critical to have a (relatively) unbiased Supreme Court. Whether she's a good candidate is not the point though is it? Republicans - esp the hypocrite Mitch McConnell - want to have their cake and eat it too. Recent convention is that filling vacancies in the last year of a Presidency should be left till after the election (as in Scalia's case), but it seems that should only apply when a Democrat President is in office. The hypocrisy is obvious. Anyone who follows USA politics even a little will know why this administration is flouting that convention. Republicans will have nothing at all to complain about when the pendulum swings and Democrats eventually control the Senate in future decades.

    • thats exactly what i thought. They only poke at it one sided, democratic propaganda

    • +2

so you didn't like it because you respect Rudy Giuliani and his fan-atical support for one of the worlds most 'abject human being's…ok then….

  • +1

Idk how people are are so shocked they found it offensive. If you're easily offended don't watch comedy.

  • +1

This movie was terrible. Got 3/4 through it and didn't even bother to finish.

    • +1

lol, same. I'll never get that time back. its just shit.

      • I never started and i'm bored with it - nothing remotely funny about abject amoral skinsacks.

    • What is better this or the Paul Hogan film ?

Might be worthy to watch one of them when I want to punish myself one day :)

  • "Not available from your location". It seems my Prime membership is for North America. mmmmm. Do I change this?

    • vpn success

  • Yeah terrible "movie", I regret having wasted my time watching this trash but hey at least I have the consolation I didn't have to waste my money. The scenarios just seem staged and contrived, and setting people up to react in a certain way just seems very disingenuous to me. People might not agree with US conservative policies or Donald Trump personally as a leader, however bashing conservatives is not very original in this day and age, and most people with half a brain will see past the insulting of their intelligence

    • Not familiar with Borat then or did you think it was a documentary? Everything bar the behaviour of his "subjects" is staged and clearly funny, bemusing, or outrageous for most thinking adults - that's the point. Recording and exposing the reactions of a particular individuals and demographics is what the genre is about. SBC leaves it to his audience to make their own judgements. He's not the first or the only exponent of this approach. Parody and comedic ridicule are often funny but it's even better when the targets are simply being themselves.

  • It was OK. That is all.

  • I accidently clicked the banner and starting watching Utopia .
Coolest series ever ( if you liked Kill Bill ) and have to binge watch the last 3 )

  • what is the cheapest way to get amazon prime these days if you don't have a trial?
