If you are waiting for the newer model then the new exynos chips are built on the newer 5nm process vs snapdragon 865+ 7nm process. Newer Exynos chip will be faster and more power efficient than the current Qualcomm product. How it stacks up against next year 875 that yet to be seen. So waiting around will mean a superior product. I can see people thinking like this since it’s the end of the year with a new generation of products around the corner with vast improvements to their chips and other areas.
The new Exynos chips on the 5nm process are not out yet. The S20 FE 4G version has the Exynos 990 chip which is 7nm and inferior to the Snapdragon 865 let alone the 865+.
Even South Korea is getting the Snapdragon chips instead of the Exynos. So I wouldn't hold my breath for the new Exynos 5nm process chips which is not in any phone at the moment.
What? The new s21 range will be $900? Where did you read this? the current range goes up towards $2k and you are saying the new model will be this cheap.

There are many reports of touch issues with the FE. Latest Korean firmware has not fixed them. Just something to be aware of.

I spent weeks with this device and i can say that there was a software issue when i tried to go back from previous page where it immediately closes the app instead of executing the said command. This only affects while using the Gesture mode. I haven't tried the usual 3 buttons at the bottom of the screen. However, i never had any issues at all and there was no patch issued by Samsung. It seems that the issue resolved by itself. I'm using 5G 256GB.
