Hi OP, any chance of a deal on the Truewings?

    • I'd be interested in a deal on the Truewings too please OP

      • +2

truewings has promotion, but for some reason, it is inactive now and we seller is solving this problem now

        • Has this been fixed?

  • So many options… Which ones have the best sound quality out of these?
Does anyone own a pair and can comment on their experience?

    • You can have a try of our new arrival trueair2
      https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B08JGZQCM1

      • +1

Bought TrueAir2 from last deal same price, I am using it for voice calls everyday now, so far nobody complain.

Music around the same as my Truebuds and my older version of Truedot but both not good for voice call.

        Battery life also better.

        • Yet no charging indicator, so silly. it only has one LED which is completely useless

          I have a pair

          • @OCD Completionist: I am sorry, we will have a improvement of thecharging LED indicator in the near future, please don't worry

          • @OCD Completionist: For that little battery on the case, is it really necessary to know how much battery left?

            • @superforever: yes, we will improve that function, please don't worry

            • @superforever: Having a little battery in the case IS the reason why you'd want an indicator, because theres not much to begin with. If it were a bigger battery like say the Truebuds then why would you need an indicator, it will never run out. Should have been the other way around if you ask me

        • How is the sound signature like? The reviews indicate the bass is surprising present even though it is an open design. I generally prefer open design as there is no pressure build up and I can hear myself better when speaking.

      • thanks! is there a table or something somewhere that compares all your models and their strengths? or are they just different designs for different ear shapes and bud shapes with essentially same drivers and mics?

        • At the bottom of almost all our product details pages, there are comparative introductions of different models, you can have a check

          • @spcoker: thanks! i was watching some reviews and was really keen to grab a pair of truengine 3 SEs but sadly they are not available on your store. Any idea when they will be re-stocked?

            • +1

@aayushapatel: maybe will arrive within 7 days about because we have sent some inventory and they are still one the way now, hope you can wait some time
              Thanks a lot

  • Which would have the best microphone for use with something like Microsoft Teams?

    • You can have a try of our new arrival trueair2
      https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B08JGZQCM1

      • I'm trying to decide between the SoundPEATS Truebuds and the Trueair2

Is there much of a difference?

        • I just bought TrueAir2 to replace Truebuds.

Better voice calling, longer battery life, more comfortable to wear (lighter and shorter) At first you may feel easy to drop off but actually it didn't.

          https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C8dQgBqsEQE&ab_channel=Games…

        • the most difference between them is playtime, trubuds is total 70hours and trueair2 is total 25hours
also trueair2 is Q3040 chip and truebuds is RTL8763BFP chip.
trueair2 is much small than the truebuds, more convenient
if you are prefer the call quantity, I suggest you to choose the trueair2 for it is higher-order noise cancellation arithmetic and cVc 8.0.

          • @spcoker: Thanks Spcoker you are AMAZING!!!!

          • @spcoker:

the most difference between them is playtime, trubuds is total 70hours and trueair2 is total 25hours

But truebuds total 70 hours is just because of the big case, Truebuds can play 3.5 hours after full charge, TrueAir2 5 hours playtime per charge. (according amazon product page)

            • @superforever: yes, should include the charging case

    • I have the soundpeats force pro and use it for MS teams and Skype and they work great

      • thanks for support

  • +1

thanks I bought the trueair2. Lets see if its better.

    • thanks so much for your support, dear friend
If you meet any issues, please feel free to contact us first and we will make all things right for you then
      Good day

  • Long shot, but do any have multi-point?

    • sorry, dear friend, could you please describe your question more clear

      • Can any of these connect to 2 bluetooth devices simultaneously?

        • I am sorry, dear friend, now just can connect one device every time. But the earbuds can be used seperately, if you want to connect 2 devices simultaneously, you can use one earbuds to connect one device and use another earbuds to connect another device, please note

          • @spcoker: Ok, thanks. So all of these have that feature?

            • @djkelly69: which model you want to buy, I will tell you then

  • I purchased the True Capsule from a previous deal, its only been 3 months and one earbud is quieter than the other, seems to be a common issue with this model it seems going by previous comments on here. What are my options?

    • You just need to remove the silicone ear piece and gently clean off the screen with a little alcohol and that may solve your problem. Hope you can have a try, if the issue is still exist, you can contact us through your amazon order and our after customer service will make all things right for you, please don't worry

    • What are my options?

Claim warranty, accept it, or purchase a replacement.

They're the only 3 options I can think of.

      • please don't worry, we have a good after customer service, if it is really the quality of our products, we will be responsible.

  • Bought TrueAir2 base on the discussions above on call quality. I get hammered by everyone when using Sony WH1000-MX3 and had to use a cabled earphone which is inconvenient.

    • thanks for your support

  • Do you know when is the Soundpeats H1 be available to the general market? Having a hybrid design (dynamic driver for bass and mids and balanced armature driver for highs) is great.

    https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/soundpeats/soundpeats-h…

    • This model is still in the crowdfunding stage. It is not clear when it will be launched on Amazon. I am sorry.

      • Thanks for your reply. If I want to get one of your newer products, should I go for Trueair 2 or Truecapsule 2? I know Trueair 2 is newer with QC3040. Which one has better call/microphone quality? While I like Trueair 2's open design meaning I can hear myself and surrounding, is the sound quality good?

As for the Truecapsule 2, does it have transparency/ambient mode? So I can hear myself and surrounding?

        • I have tried both products. I prefer trueair2 because it is more compact and convenient, and the call effect is also very good. Then truecapsule2 has not been launched in Australia. We are also waiting for the notification of the specific launch time, because the factory has not been able to produce goods to our sellers.

          • @spcoker: Thanks for your review. How about the sound quality for music playback? Does it have a balanced sound with good bass, mids and highs?

  • I'm looking to purhcase the TrueCapsule, but I know that this is the May 2019 edition. Is there any significant difference against the December 2019 edition?

    • there will be a truecapsule2 in the near future, but we are also waiting for the notification of the specific launch time, because the factory has not been able to produce goods to our sellers.

      • Do you mean that the May 2019 edition is the TrueCapsule whereas the December 2019 the TrueCapsule2?

        • no, the truecapsule 2 has not been launched in Australia now

          • @spcoker: That's good to know. I was wondering if there is any difference between the May 2019 or December 2019 of the TrueCapsule? Like maybe sound/mic quality or functionality-wise?

            • @kkusnadi: they are the same, please note

  • Hi OP, I bought Trueair 2, they are good, mic and call quality is very good, but they are not comfortable for me.
When is TrueCapsule 2 coming for Australia? Waiting for them as they seem ideal for me .

    • you mean the size is not suit for you?
About the truecapsule2, we seller also don't know the exact date when it will launch because the factory doesn't delivery this model to us yet. Let us wait patiently
      Thanks for support

    • but they are not comfortable for me.

I am the oppsite I like semi in-ear more than fully in-ear, with TrueAir2 at first I feel that it will drop off but actually it won't

      • They hurt my ears after wearing them more than an hour. Otherwise no complain.

  • Hi op has the issue with the true wings deal been fixed?

  • Mine went dead within 2 months. Don't waste your good money folks.

    • Mine went dead within 2 months.

TrueAir2 is a new model how can it went dead within 2 months?

And why not just contact them for warranty instead of just said "went dead" here?

      • It was a different model. No warranty from Amazon anymore, I feel obliged to warn others.

  • Bought the TrueAir2 on this deal. Got them today.
Trying them out….. Like them, but……

Listened to music. No issues. But…….

So far within an hour or two they have disconnected twice from my phone and the person has ended up back on normal phone speaker while on a call.
Phone is only 30 cm away and is a oneplus7

Once so far powered down without me touching them while on a call
Powered back up and it's running again

    So far not promising.
Have a QCY-T5 in ear that they are replacing due to the amount of time I'm on calls.

  • Thanks - purchased Trueair2.

My main gripe with Trueair v1 is the max volume isn't that loud.
