There's always next year for that summer bod…

    • +18

Every body is a summer body.

All you need is summer and a body.

      • +5

        I failed at step 2.

        • Still rocking the halloween skeleton gig, nice.

    • +1

I said that for last Novembers daily deals. :( They really should be doing this in April or May so we can shape our winter bods.

    • +2

Melbourne is exempt this year! ;)

    • I'm looking amazing…

    • A cheese burger is at most 200 calories

Just learn to count and you will be fine

      • +5

A small cheeseburger is actually 309 calories according to mcdonalds website.

    • just get your gut out and enjoy the sun :)

    • i feel like this year it's acceptable

  • +16

    My body is ready.

    • +7

      my fast metabolism is ready

      • +9

My 150kg fat can hide those small snacks.

        • +12

Your 150kg IS those small snacks.

          • @cunningdrew: How do you know? I am not going to show them to you.

            • @[Deactivated]: Could smell it from here

              • @poposhh: Yea. Just leaked some gas after the cheeseburger.

    • Which website is that from?

      • +2

        Dailymail article (prime journalism)

    • +1

Its ok. The money saved from this big mac will be used for gym membership

    • +16

I’ll burn it off when I’m dead.

    • +4

Which is weird considering a Big Mac is so small.

    • +15

I hate these. It's not like if you ate something else (relatively) healthy, you'd be doing 2 hours of cycling, 5 hours of walking, or whatever to burn that off as well. You could do, say, 30 mins of exercise and you'd probably be right - the link doesn't seem to account for BMR, which is constantly burning calories every day (approx 2000 give or take).

If everyone burned all the food they ate (i.e. the recommended 2000 calories or whatever it is) every single day, they'd be constantly exercising.. and we all know even the healthiest of people don't do this (bar actual athletes).

      • +2

Exactly. Mostly just reflects how bad exercise is for burning kj. That said, there are many other benefits to exercise beyond the simple burning of energy.

    • +2

      So what are you Saiyan?

      • +10

Come December, my BMI will be over 9000

    • +2

"equivalent foods" because people will go around eating 53 bell peppers

    • -2

I burn that off in sex.

    • +4

2hrs and half of running to burn off 1 Big Mac. The only thing that runs in my family is diabetes!

      • Burger fries and a coke.
burger alone is about 2200kj give or take. That's about 30-40min vigorous exercise for an average sized guy.

    • that's a US big mac meal, have u seen how much bigger their fries and coke are compared to ours?

    • Those are American stats, it looks like. Large Big Mac meal (with Coke Zero) in Aus is 977 Calories, (not 1330), which is a lot, but it is still only about the same as a bowl of Spag Bol or a plate of Bangers and Mash (without a drink). It's more the preservatives and artificial crap that is bad for ya.

  • +2

I haven't seen the donut balls before. Are they rubbish or actually decent?

    • +7

They are horrible, I wouldn’t evn eat it if they pay me

      • That's all I needed to hear, thanks

        • all you needed to hear was a strangers comment on ozbargain?

      • +3

We are looking for a paid actor for an upcoming donut ball commercial for a large multi national, PM for more details..

  • +5

its $1.50 for the McFlurry on Nov 30 instead of $1, can confirm all others.

  • Let the good times roll.

    • +2

I think more than the good times will be rolling out of Maccas before November 30 lol.

  • +6

I looked at the list for reassurance I don't like or want every day of the month's deal but to be honest there's only around 3 days in the whole month I would skip haha

    • Cheaper than last year

  • +28

These should be the normal prices considering how small the burgers are now.

    • +2

true. its expensive small and almost tasteless. Im going to KFC

  • +3

I assume you can only get each deal once?

Or can you put in an order for like 50 cheeseburgers at $0.50 each?

    • +4

That might actually fill you up.

      • i was wondering if we could order 50 at the counter for 25 bucks too

    • +4

Yeah I'm pretty sure it will be the same as last year: 1 item/deal per account per day. But there is nothing stopping you creating multiple accounts!

      • there will be generic codes, just wait someone will leak them lmao

        • +1

          don't think so this year

    • Multiple phones, multiple accounts! ;)

    • +4

Last year it was one per order. At the kiosk you would just start a new order and order it again.

  • Nov 2 McFlurry $1
    Nov 3 Big Mac $2
    Nov 4 Large Fries $1
    Nov 11 Large Thickshake $1.5

    $5.50 ready for the 2nd ,3rd ,4th ,11th

    • +4

Save them and eat it on the 12th. You will have a good meal.

  • +1

Is there a cap on the amount you can buy on the day?

    • +1

      1 per deal per account

      • +1

that stinks, was gonna have a Maccas day tmw but hardly worth the travel

    • 1 per account, so you can sign up to multiple, and pay full price for the rest. There is no buying limit like 🧻.

  • +7

    No deals on Filet-O-Fish :(

    • +12

      Something's fishy there.

    • +1

I saw that as a good thing personally
I love chicken burgers but fish burgers, no. Judging from their offerings it looks like I'm not alone lol

    • -2

They take 10 minutes to cook.

    • +5

      one of their best imo.

      • +4

Yes it’s their best fish burger

  • End of the month, it's gonna be you thicc shake

  • Lovin'it

  • So can only buy one person?

    • +15

      They only sell fast food.

      • +4

Can I buy one Usain Bolt?

        • if you bring one person you can buy another person

    • +1

Don't think Maccas have expanded into people trafficking yet.

    • +2

Who knows what goes into the McNuggets.

  • +1

    RIP coffee deals:-(

    • Yeah, was hoping there'd be some good drinks/coffee options.

      • Maccas coffee sucks

        • who gets coffee from maccas? Theres a million cafes everywhere you go now. Even penruff has newtown-esque cafes these days.

  • +2

Weird how the Big Mac has price inflation from $2 on Nov 3, to $3 on Nov 24

    • +3

      Welcome to McFlation.

Saw a video about how the trans fats + canola oil in these foods interferes with testosterone production.

    • +1

At least they don't use soy oil…

    • -1

Also contributes to diabetes, followed by heart, liver and kidney disease.

    • Link?

      • -1

It's some personal trainer. The other foods are fat free yoghurt and flaxseeds. Video is called Four foods that kill testosterone levels.

  • +7
