Are the tap to pay function on this any good for Androids and ios?
The tap to pay function doesnt need to go through the phone, its built in to the watch so if you are out with no phone or wallet you can still buy stuff.
For everything else the Garmin app is just ok. Bit clunky but its functional.Thank you that's what I meant sorry. Does the tap to pay work fine on this phone? How would you set up the pay function on it do you have to connect it with your phone or something?
Still using the OG Pebble until now, hats off to you for getting your money's worth
Mine's still working, however the occasional screen tearing can be a bit annoying these days. I also had the Pebble Time that died earlier than my OG Pebble (battery issues).
mine died ages ago, it had the screen tearing, so I inserted some card behind the plug that's the culprit, but after having to do it a few times I kept having to put thicker material in and eventually the wire to the speaker also came out, and from there it wasn't that useful I could try to fix it but I had an LG G Watch that I was using so I just used that. Then i picked up a pebble 2 but within a week of having it a kid dug their fingers into the rubber and killed one of the buttons. I miss those watches, not sure how well they go with the independent support
