Razer Blade Stealth 13 13.3" 4K Touch Core i7-1065G7 GTX 1650 Ti Laptop $2399 @ Centrecom

60

Hey guys,

Noticed that Centrecom still have this deal going for the Razer Blade Stealth. Few days ago we had the 1650 version for 1999.00 (has since expired / sold out). This version has the 1650ti version. Is normally $3999.00 on the Centrecom website (currently 4099.00 at JB HI FI).

BTW - The stealth series of these laptops are more about portability / style than actual gaming power. I would not go for one of these if you're looking purely for a gaming machine, more something you'd want to carry around for work / uni and might want to light game during a lunch break.

My friend was able to get JB to price match if you're interested in getting it from JB instead - Basket Code: EG3GCK

Specs:
13.3" 4K (3840 × 2160) Touch display, 100% sRGB, 4.9mm slim side bezels, individually factory calibrated, Gorilla® Glass

I personally got the Advanced one during the Halloween sale, so I can say the build of these 2020 Razers feels solid as.

You can get a few other deals there, but getting this model for 2399.00 4k / touch screen is pretty nice + it's a very ultra portable laptop.

    You missed a "R"
Doesn't say if this is the 120Hz screen? Assume it is 60 Hz for the 4K screen.

    $400 extra for the "Ti"

Is it a new brand AZER?

    • Amusingly I fixed that twice before posting…. Not sure why it kept switching back to AZER. :D

    Azer?

Fyi, the 10th gen version has 120hz fhd or 60hz 4k.
And this is not just 1650 ti, its Max-q version.
In aspect of performance, its slower than normal 1650.

Scorptec may have $2399 deal for 120hz fhd yet.

    • Never mind, I can see the one in the 120hz one is non max q. Interesting, just assumed they all were.

Also I listed the 120hz link in my post as well.

      • Hope youre right, but I'm telling you based on spec in thr razer website:
        https://www2.razer.com/au-en/store/razer-blade-stealth
You can see its written as all 1650 ti, but you can also see "max-q" if you click specification button right below option selections.

And I know it cuz I just bought it a week ago as a present. Its a good enough slim small laptop.

  • Not too sure about the performance, but i7 at 4 cores spoilt the deal

    • Yeah it's not for hard core gaming, more a light gaming machine / work machine. Suits my friend perfectly but yeah they 8 core advanced 2070 model I got is a beast. :D

      • What deal have you got ?

    • Agreed. Wait for the new Ryzen laptops.

      • Meh. I've got my 5900x / 3090 coming this week so I've got my Ryzen fix already ;)

        • Nice one!
          Prefer a laptop tho

    • It's due to thermal limitations. They wouldn't have been able to use the 6 core i7 and a GTX 1650 in a 13.3" chassis.

Even as it is, it's pushing the thermal envelope of what you could engineer into a 13.3" chassis.

      • Yup. Friend wont be gaming on it. Just liked the chassis and the size.

        • This is definitely not worth it if you're not gaming. Razer makes the same laptop without the dGPU for a lot cheaper.

The dGPU + size is the reason to get this laptop, if you don't need both, there are laptops that'll be better

          • @[Deactivated]: She got it for 2k anyway so she's not complaining. Plus always nice to have light gaming if the need arises

      • The Zephyrus G14 is only slightly bigger but fits much much faster parts

        • Didn't like the design
