Not sure if you guys are a fan of rum and/or tiki drinks, but this is a really decent drop that's been hard to find if you're into such things, at a great price, e.g. it's $70 (!!) at Nicks. Much better than Bacardi 8
What to use it for? A dark and stormy is great, adequate for a Mai Tai especially with a splash of El Dorado 12, maybe work your way up to the Zombie ;) in which this is perfect in

AFAIK yes, I've never tried the especial but what I've read on it has been quite negative.
Can be bought for $45 from Liquorland on special from time-to-time, according to the Misses who drinks this.
Perhaps she might have confused the 7 with the Especial? AFAIK Liquorland doesn't even stock the 7
I drink both of these on the reg and have only found the 7 at Dan Murphy’s and never seen it at this price before. I think she has the two confused as well.
