I haven't found a way to mute/unmute the microphone in this headset, whilst away from the keyboard/computer, which is quite disappointing.. great noise cancelling & audio otherwise..

Honestly, as far as I have seen it's all about store person and how you talk with them. If you do it right, he will be fine with anything with bare minimum evidence.

Correction, I price beated it AT officeworks and the source of that was JB (sorz), since you know it will be much easier for them to agree to a JB price than anyone online.
