Can you use the Kogan credit to recharge? What is the expiry time of kogan credits?
You can, just need to buy the voucher and select "I'm an existing customer". Credit expiry is 12 months, I just got $300 from signing up to Kogan Money Card so i bought the $215 plan, should give me another $50 credit.
Actually if I remember correctly you don't need to select anything. Unlike other reseller Kogan's voucher is rechargeable too BUT you need to recharge at the end of your current plan expiry since it will REPLACE your current plan not extending it. I did get my ass whooped before because I didn't know this, but the customer service happily refunded my unused months.
It says "Credit expires 3 months from date of issue. Credit is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Should you request a refund after the issue of your Kogan.com Credit you will be refunded the full amount of the Kogan Mobile Voucher minus the Kogan.com credit amount you received." from the Critical Information Summaries. So not sure whether it's 3 or 12 months. Where did you get the 12 months expiry from?
Depends on specific credit I guess. My $300 credit from Kogan Money Card is 12 months I didn't check the term for this credit promo.
Plans linked in deal are flex plans. Data not used in any given 30day period carries over to the next month. For the $334 plan, you get 40gb every 30days and any left over data is gone.
The XL plan on the flex plan page says:

Anyone else had dodgy 4g conectivity with kogan recently? my plan is almost up and not sure if i should continue with them.
It is a shame that it has to be activated by 15/01/21. My current phone plan expires in May. Hopefully there will be something similar then🤔
