However, I would choose D15 or D15s over this one for better build quality under similar price.
Noctua is definitely quieter, personally would go with Noctua (poo colour) for the performance but this one for the aesthetic.
Plus Noctua NH-D15 has better RAM clearance 64mm vs 54mm

No, it's 165mm tall. The NR200 has a cooler clearance of 155mm officially but coolers like the Noctua U12S (158mm) will fit.
Just be careful, ram clearance is only 31mm.

That's with the front fan off… So a bit misleading. Apparently you can attach it to the rear of the heat sink (ie toward the i/o shield in a pull config) but I'd imagine cooling performance would take a hit.

Seems like a pretty tremendous deal, based on this review from TomsHardware. Coming out as comparable/sometimes slightly better vs. the $200-$250 Dark Rock Pro 4 and the $200 Noctua NH-U12A is nothing to sniff at.
