[eBay Plus] Kenwood Chef XL Titanium Food Mixer KVL8300S $717.60 + Shipping at Peter's of Kensington eBay

PLUSBF20

Original Coupon Deal

Meant to be a beast of a machine, heaps better than the KitchenAid we just bought. 10 year warranty.

Not the cheapest compared to 2019 deals, but one of the better prices in 2020, was $776 in September.

Looks like it is back in stock for the time being

Not sure if I should have just made one post combined with the KitchenAid KSM177 deal - Seems like this might be worth calling out in any case.

This is part of Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals for 2020

    Does this mix dough?

This will mix whatever dough that you can imagine of. It's a beast compared to the kitchen aid ones.

    • This model can make 4.5 kilograms of cake batter and knead 2.6 kilograms bread dough.

  • Can anyone recommend one of the everyday style machines that sits on the benchtop that would be as good or better than a kitchenaid?

I know a lot of people keep these things out of sight (which a machine this size is probably better suited for), but I find I tend to use my applicances a lot more when they are not tucked away (and my kitchen is mid sized so this thing would look massive there. Seems this is more tailored at larger batches and not cooking for 1 or 2 people?

The only 2 I can see similar to the Kitchenaid are the Kenwood Patissier or the Breville Bakery Boss, which both don't seem to have the best reviews. With the stainless steel attachments (sold separately on the Kitchenaid) are they very similar for anything but the toughest dough?

Sold my old Kenwood Chef about a month ago, as it was just too cumbersome to take in and out and am looking at downsizing but second guessing myself every time people here comment on the Kitchenaid not being heaps worse than these machines… cheers.

  • Bought 6100s for 450.
