      Not as bright as the 13w Lifx downlight so if you have a tall ceiling >2.7m Lifx is more suitable unless you want to add more ceiling holes.

    What's the CRI for this? and do you have better pictures of cable and back?

    Thinking of replacing couple of 800 LM ±10% @4000K with CRI 80 and Beam Angle 120* and not sure if its a downgrade or sidegrade or upgrade :) more interested in automation if i can hook it up with Logitech Harmony Remote / HomeAssistant via Tuya and turn it off while switch on TV and vice-versa

      CRI is >80 on white colours according to the manufacture, you can make it work with HomeAssistant via Tuya and make it work with other gadgets.

        Your returns policy states the following For customer "Change Their Mind",

        The item must not be opened or damaged (We acknowledge the external box may have been opened for visual inspection, but nothing else must be opened or used)

        If I buy a sample and open the light to test I can't return as the product will be opened and used?

    Hi Op, most non smart LED downlights come with a 5 year warranty but these appear to only come with 2 years. Are you able to share and feedback on this?

      The lifespan of the LED diodes and driver on smart and non-smart downlight is the same, we are just offering whatever the warranty the supplier is offering us.

      It usually 5-7 years of life span for these smart downlight as well.

      Nop, the dimmer will shorten the life span of the smart downlight and causing it to flicker.

      You can take out the dimmer mech from the switch plate.

      Yes, you can ask a sparky to wire these downlights on the roof circuit directly.

      This is an IP44 downlight, you can use these in the bathroom (not directly above showerheads).

      This IP44 is also weatherproof, install on the external roof will not affect its warranty or lifespan.

        "Sorry for the long wait.

        The first batch of this downlight was sold out last week.

        We have just received the second batch of the downlights today and we will dispatch your order in the afternoon."

    Bit of a review on the seller.

    Purchased 4, 1 was faulty. Sent an email off to Lectory. I don't check my emails regularly and I was surprised to see a package arrive a few days later. They had processed my warranty without any further communication other than my first email.

    Highly recommended store!! If there is anything else they sold that I was looking at buying, even if it was slightly more expensive. I'd buy from them. After sales service was probably the best I've ever experienced.

    BTW the new one works.
