        Gift cards work with promo codes, you can't use 2 promo codes however if that's what you were trying.

        I received the tracking number through SMS from courier please yesterday and got another SMS mentioned it going to deliver today this morning.

        Also in my eBay account, I can see the tracking number as well.

      Why? Its only been a few days. That's terrible if your leaving reviews based on the delivery time. Mine gets delivered tomorrow and over the moon it's taken only 4 days to deliver.

    Who was everyone's monitors delivered through - Courier's Please? My tracking (to Adelaide) hasn't updated since Monday and still says "1 item has been picked up".

      Mine was according to their(couriers please) tracking delivered this morning. Guess what I actually didn't get the monitor. I didn't even authorize for them to leave it in a safe space. Couriers please said they'll investigate. Not sure what good that will do when they have already delivered the monitor to who knows where.

        Couriers please is probably my worst courrier, tracking not updating correctly, they not even wait for you to open to door, just leave stuff right in front of front door ( I did leave authorize for them to leave it in a safe space which is the side door tho).

        Do you think this is a dead pixel? Tbh its near the up right conner so I dont really mind, but is it going spread more dead pixel?

          Couriers Please has been sitting on my monitor at their depot for two days. Customer service is fkn hopeless.

          I agree AP is the best.

        Or Fastway courier, all those delivery drivers they will never answer your call / return your message back

        These drivers are mostly Indian and they mostly having a chat in their language using the Bluetooth on the ear while doing the delivery

      Mine was delivered in Melbourne today by Couriers Please. I received a text yesterday stating it was going to be delivered but apparently the delivery attempt failed at 8:40pm last night. Complete BS. For me they are the worst couriers of the lot.

        The only confirmation I got is a text message about delivery options. All of them requires me to agree for the driver to leave it without my signature. This is unacceptable as i live in an unit apartment, dodgy practice

    Ultrawide monitor is great.. I've had an ultrawide before, but only a 1080p.. this 1440 is so much nicer and even connected up to my Surface Laptop 2 via display port, I'm getting 120Hz… so this is nice… will use the second display port for my gaming PC for full 144Hz goodness… very happy indeed :)

    Still waiting on mine with phone calls to Couriers Please every day. Has been "with the driver" for the past two days and still nothing. Tracking only shows that it was picked up on Monday with nothing else since.

      Mine shows was "attempted delivery", "left card" today, but heard nothing, no card, been home all day.
      Couriers Please is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with, zero customer service, and since early this morning the phone number is on auto voice mail, claiming no telephone support and to just wait.

        At least I'm getting through to them when I call… Sometimes I wait 45mins, other times only a few minutes. These are the conversations though so it's no different than getting an automated voice mail as they're just as useless.

        Last Thursday: "It's with the driver. It'll be delivered tomorrow. I've sent the driver a message and they will update you when it's going to be delivered".
        Last Friday: "It is with the driver. He will deliver it today. I've sent him another message".
        Last Friday (2nd time): "The driver said he'll be there before close of business today".
        Last Friday (3rd time): "The driver hasn't picked it up yet. The scheduled delivery has been updated to Monday. Call back then then we will escalate".
        This morning: "It will be delivered by COB today. If not, it will be delivered tomorrow. I will send the driver a message".

        WTF. My tracking still shows it as being picked up last Monday.

          Just rang them again and now they're saying it'll be delivered tomorrow.

          I then requested that I pick this up from the depot. The lady tells me that takes 24hrs to organise (which is pretty standard). But then after putting me on hold, they say it'll take 48hrs to organise for it to be picked up from depot.

          I think they've managed to lose a 34" monitor.
