  quite a premium for the SS version compared to $549 for the crimson & $579 licorice but I get that those may not suit everyone's decor

  I got JB to price match the red version yesterday on the DJs / Bing Lee deal and then let me choose the stainless steel model anyway for $549. Worth asking if/when anyone here decides to grab this on a price match.

  The coloured ones are apparently s/s clad on plastic, so i'm assuming this s/s one is better built/quality.

    Can't find the thread, but as year or so ago a guy on here who had both said the coloured ones were much more scratch and stain resistant than the SS one.

    I can't vouch for this either way, but perhaps others can?

  Tried to price match SS using liquorice at JB but was denied.

    eBay were offering 20% off sellers on Amazon Prime day in Oct. Brought it down to $583.20. I missed out due to AEST when price checking. Wanting to buy now but I'll hold off. See how Friday goes!
