      Hi there, thanks for your message. What is the suburb? Perhaps the postcode has not been added into our system. We deliver to most of Melbourne metropolitan but not all in Western and Northern suburbs. We need to check with our driver if he is willing to go there. Please let us know the suburb and we will add it into our system. Thanks

      Hi there, thank you for your message. Yes, we can't do much with the shipping fee, that's what the courier charges us. We are in Glen Waverley so it's quite a bit far going to Footscray, that's why it's $17 delivery fee. For local and surrounding suburbs (like within 10km) from Glen Waverley, we charge around $10. Thanks
