    Just noticed that if you place the order in the app (to save the GST) when you view the order in a browser and download the invoice, the invoice will show GST applied. This may work for those that get caught by customs… (untested, do so at your own risk)

    So anyone can advise what will happen if the Delivery Delay Notification email was received after putting through the original order for the AU warehouse shipping? Will they eventually send out the dashcam from the CN warehouse without any needs to get back to them, or are they going to actively cancel the order and refund? Or the cancellation would need to be initiated from the buyer's end?

      I'd assume they send it from the CN warehouse or wait till AU warehouse is restocked. BG won't cancel the order, you still can if you want.

      I had to cancel my order, then reorder from the CN warehouse after I contacted banggood customer support for the same issue. They advised me to cancel and reorder because they weren't sure when the AU stock will be available and they won't automatically ship from the CN warehouse.

    Just received the dashcam today, took ~12 days to come. Originally purchased it on 26/11/20 for $145.22 via the Banggood app (no shipping insurance or GST) - paid with PayPal - on the second China batch as missed the first batch of AU stock. I was charged no additional costs such as GST.

    Sender address is in NSW though, so seems like maybe I got Australian stock even though my purchase was supposed to be from the China warehouse. :P Can’t complain and thanks again OP!

      Same here - I ordered 2x - initially ordered via website (CN batch) then I cancelled them and re-ordered again via app (without GST) and both arrived today.

    Has anyone who ordered from the original / first 100 units had delivery issues?

    I ordered this very shortly after the deal was posted (within an hour) but it still hasn't been dispatched!!!

    When I ordered it said shipping from AU warehouse, 3 days later I received an email saying "the items in your order are currently out of stock".
    Everytime I contact the livechat minions I get told stock will be arriving shortly but they can't actually provide an ETA, they just say "a few weeks".

    I'm probably spoilt by Amazon these days but two weeks overdue with no ETA isn't acceptable IMHO.

    If any BG reps are reading this my order number is 93026511 ;)

      it's easy to install. But viofo cams are trash. I bought this deal and the camera won't start up when I turn the car into accessory mode

    Been eyeing off one of these for a while now.
    Ordered. Was $154 via app (showing GST).
    Then grabbed a HK3 hardwire kit from eBay for $22.
    Will use with a spare 64Gb card I have here for now until some good deals on 128Gb. Will see how it goes without the CPL filter also.
