  From my experience always check Dashcamtalk for reviews. If it's not on there with a good review I wouldn't buy it.

  Also no mention whether this has a battery or capacitor?

    I noticed the rep edited the description after my comment & added that it runs off the car battery however most dash cams either have a battery or capacitor & the link mentions it comes with a 3.5 metre charging cable.

    Anyway not really a bargain if you can buy the camera alone for… US$27.81 + GST delivered @ Aliexpress.

  we had bought one from the same brand (UL-Tech) before, didn't auto record.. SD card that came with it was corrupt.. seller refunded 100% and didnt even want the product back was on another market place (think it was catch)

    Appreciate you sharing your experience! Issues like faulty SD card or setup glitches can sometimes happen with any brand, especially if bundled accessories are low cost.

    For any budget conscious buyers, its still worth considering UL-Tech Dash cam as it comes with 64GB card with front & rear cam

    Did you try it with a new SD card? If so, did it work okay?

      it wasnt this model, it was a different one but the same brand (UL-Tech)

      yes it worked with another microsd, but the auto record does not work had to press record each time for it to start.

      not sure whether it is resolved with this model.

  I wouldn’t even bother with this, and if you really really want this, it’s $50 (generic) from Aliexpress.
