Good price, will buy it about 5yrs later.

I first need to hollow out a volcano crater to properly house it. I'll still have nightmares about it flipping then starting to hunt..

  • I'm waiting for the AXE-11000

But I hope someone can benefit from this bargain.

You can use BING20 Coupon code when you have 2 items in the cart. The cheapest thing on sale is a $2 Crest cable but there are also some $6 Sandisk cruzer drives.

    • Oh okay thanks - I've edited the title by mistake. Feel free to correct to the way you had it before.

FYI it's $455 for those who have Good Guys Commercial access

    • I’m pretty sure that’s the TP Link router. They have a similar name.

      • Ah, so it is, my bad

They have the same spider-man aesthetic too!

Come on ASUS. I need another $100 cash back same as last year.

  • +3

spider, spider router does whatever a spider router does

    • +3

      Surfs the web, any size,
      Catches virus, just like flies..
Look out! Here comes the Spider Router.

  • nice price but do you need for your home use actually?

  • Just for someone need a performance router and coverage but don’t wanna pay too much. I bought 3 Xiaomi ax3600. $450 in total. It’s been fantastic. Asus supports Merlin but would’ve been $1200+. Router interface is Chinese but Mi Wifi app is in English.

  • This router was on sale $499 after cash back last year. The price is still so high this year. I am using Asus GT AC5300 and my friend is using this router. The speed is almost identical from my testing. The bottleneck is the home internet speed instead of these high end routers. Overall, it's still a good price comparing to over $700 retail price.

  • We purchased this router early this year for $499 also, so probably better deals out there.

Looks like a medieval torture instrument.

  • Hold on guys, the next version of this router is coming:
    https://www.cnet.com/news/asus-just-unveiled-the-first-route…

    • So, this deal is already obsolete! 😤

  • I sometimes find huge huntsman spiders on the wall. Maybe I can get this as a deterrent to assert dominance and show them who's the alpha!

  • Can’t seem to get this to work in South Australia, even when choosing postage. Just says ‘THERE ARE NO SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE FOR THAT ADDRESS’.

    • The live chat can manually process the order. I have the same issue as well.

      • Then cash back won't track automatically, and you would have to follow up afterwards with the cash back provider.

  • The more antenna the better!
Surely they could have fit a few more on there

      $100 bucks each!

  • BING20 code no longer active:

    • Have you got the $2 audio cable in your cart as well?

      • Yeah. That chat rep said it’s been disabled sitewide.

        • Most likely due to lots of abuse from buyers ordering (filler) crap they don't need in order to qualify for the discount.

          • @DoctorCalculon: Can’t edit now, but it seems trying a different browser may help. I was using Safari, but I tried Edge and the code applied. I guess the rep is just literally wrong.

            • @Captain Howdy: No luck with edge on iOS for me.

Must need to do something else or you just got lucky.

              • @TheGunslinger: Weird.

All I can tell you is what I did: use Edge on iOS. Go to Bing Lee manually. Make sure cart is empty. Search for router. Go into item and specify postcode, then add to cart. Add second item (I added a $2 Panasonic cell battery because I needed one) the same way. Then go into cart and try to apply BING20.

                Did that work?

  • Did BING20 work for anyone? BL support are telling me it wouldn't have worked on my order as it was disabled for black Friday.

    • +1

Try a different browser. Rep told me the same thing, but I used a different browser (Edge) and it went through.

  • How does this compare to Ubiquiti UDM, apart from the WiFi 6?
