  i would be cautious buying from Sirui.

  i bought two gimbals from a past deal they arrived fast and worked, but not for long.

  the battery on both of them is terrible - would be lucky to get 30 minutes before they go flat.

  customer service responded quickly but advised i could send them back at my own cost to have them looked at by a technician.

  you had me but you lost me Sirui.

    I'd say they specialize in tripods so much more than their gimbals so I'm not surprised.

Unfortunately, we received nothing that we requested, and as would be expected with any standard warranty related issue just required some proof of the issue, and evidence that we were replacing a product which you had in your possession.
