  • Anyone used these before? Looks great for travelling with lots of devices.

I got one from a previous deal that is faulty and fried my galaxy book, so not happy. That's my experience.

      • Are you sure not the cable?

        • You mean the cable fried the pc? Funny that you say that, because the cable does not work now, but i thought that the BW-S16 also fried the cable. Are you saying that the cable could damage the pc? because that pc is not charging with anything now. Know of any good techs in the Melbourne area by any chance?

          • @bubber:

You mean the cable fried the pc?

Yes that is what I mean, cheap USB-C cable is not safe, they are not like micro USB.

Know of any good techs in the Melbourne area by any chance?

No idea but I don't think you can fix it, charging components normally part of motherboard.

            • @superforever: I see from the article they are talking about cheap usb c to usb a, this was a usb c to c and was a good quality one that i have been using for about a year so i don't think it was the cable. it happened when i used the cable with this charger, so would assume the charger was at fault. And i sure as hell don't want to try and see what happens with another device.

              • @bubber: OK, actually USB C to C even more danger.

Anyway if you are sure you have a good quality one, fair enough.

  • Has anyone tried this before charging ipad, iphone, gopro, macbook all at the same time for 6 hours? does all the devices full charged after that? I'm always having problem when travelling I have to bring multiple chargers.

  • What's with the stand to mount it vertically, when the stand footprint is the same size as mounting it horizontally?

    • +3

The images of the item listing on Banggood show it being used as a stand for other devices like a phone that is being charged.

      • I guess that helps.

      • Haha I've had mine since August and did not realise this! Thanks!

  • Does this ship from AU warehouse?

    • According to the site, it does ship from the Aust Warehouse so shipping time is short.

  • Bought this last month for a similar price. Fantastic charger. Worth buying.
