PRESS20

Same price as the expired eBay Plus deal from last week… but this time eligible for non-eBay Plus members using code PRESS20.
Great product, especially for the price.
Gearbite is an official reseller (so, good for replacements parts/warranty in the future). They have previously sold it for a similar price on sale on their own site as well.

This is part of Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals for 2020

  • How easy would it be, for eg, you need to replace (for free through Gearbite) the battery 2-3 years down the line because of battery degradation? Dyson's agreed to replace (for free0 the battery of our aging V6 twice already in the past years. Hoping it'll be as easy and simple with Gearbite as it was with Dyson.

Doubtful you would get the same service, I think this is Dyson’s good will, but also margin built into the product affords them this flexibility, and there was a bit of negativity around V6’s batteries early on etc. that they tried to quell with good after sales service

Bottom line, you get what you pay for, but the Dreame vacuums make V6/V7 seem like a toy, V8 and up are the only models that come close for power/suction etc, yet often only include one vacuum head and cost much more

Apparently you can buy replacement battery…soon…

Still waiting on the V9 to go on sale!

    • Yeah I'm also waiting for it with the carpet head attachment. Any idea when/if it will happen?

      • I'm also waiting. Fingers crossed it goes on sale soon.

  • No carpet head attachment yet

  • Is it possible to use the V9 carpet head on the v11?

  • PRESS20 isn't working for this deal. Price is $461.00.

    Am I missing something?

      Worked for me

  • Thanks KevinMario.

Just to check I'm trying to add in the right place it's meant to go in the "Gift cards, vouchers, coupons" section after selecting "Buy It Now"?

If this is the case when I enter "Apply" I get "This code can't be applied to your order.".

    • Discovered it's something to do with my account not allowing any deal code it seems on anything. Now arguing with Ebay support who are trying to say first that this deal has no discount code applied to it (which is junk as my wife's Ebay account can use the code) or secondly that you need to be an Ebay plus member (which is also junk as my wife's account isn't an Ebay Plus member and gets to use the code). Freaking frustrated!

Hope they come back in stock while the deal is on. The T20 wont ship to Australia anymore so this looks like the option for me

  • damnit, sold out just when I decide I need a new vacuum :/

  • how does xiaomi vacuum compare to dyson???

from a price point of view… they are on nearly an equal ground.

    anyone care to commend???

from ex & current user would be appriciated.

      Just got mine delivered yesterday…
I have owned a dyson v7 animal origin for about 3 years now.
In terms of noise and suction/efficiency its really really good (i cant compare to v10/11 of dysons but definitely seems as good from previous reviews on ozbargain) and the sound is actually so much softer/more tolerable than my dyson
the movement is buttery smooth, battery life is amazing.

one thing to note is that the vacuum comes with a roller head which is used for flat surfaces like wood/tiles and not useful for carpeted areas. Since my house doesnt have many carpets I was actually okay with it.
I think you can buy a full sized carpet head separately but it does come with a smaller (half sized) carpet and couch head for deeper fabric cleans

overall very happy with the product and definitely worth the price!! (just make sure you reserve a bit of money for a full sized carpet head if you need it)- i think it can be bought from the gearbite website?

      • thank you
