    Agreed, price would be fair if the cells were decent, which they're probably not (NCR18650Bs would be great, but not likely at this price).
    Also PD is not really all that useful unless you can get into the 45+ watt power levels.
    Lack of a 20v PD2.0 mode renders it useless for almost all notebooks.
    I'd pass on this.
