Help! no one replied to my previous comment if I can exchange in store for the same price, ordered wrong size in hurry. Now I have ordered the right size and will return the previous that I bought in a hurry. Is it possible to contact them and cancel the previous order?
They don't allow returns/exchanges in store. Return process is straight forward.
Best to buy both and return the one that doesn't fit. I believe they just give refund, and don't allow swapping (can't confirm, but I believe that's what I read people say on previous deals).

Yes always the best move when what you want is on sale, easier to return the incorrect size than try to get it exchanged or get a refund and then hope they'll give you the same price. Check they have free returns though I think sometimes it's only for full price items?
You can call them. I called to cancel larger size bought in a hurry too.

For what it's worth, i bought a pair of on sale Ultraboosts on the 27th November (Friday) and received it on the 1st December (Tuesday).

To answer your question, size 13 is not 9.5AU size. 9.5AU/UK size is US10 which is not in stock at the moment.

I suggest everyone head to Adidas Facebook Australia page, lots of complaints and they seem to reply as they don't want bad publicity. Just comment on their last post. They've taken my money, then cancel the order and will hold my money for 2-5 days. What knobs.

white is on sale also. I bought 2 pairs half a size smaller as they only have 10.5
Length is same as 11 it's just a bit tighter but ive found after a day of wearing they stretch and feel comfortable. You can also take out the liner and its bigger
