  • Well I'm glad I bought this at the eBay Plus sale, looks like it hasn't dropped that much even on Amazon US.. unlike the Evo Plus

        Just be aware that in addition to ADATA, Silicon Power and Kingston, other ssd manufacturers have been caught out swapping components as well compared to the reviewed devices in the past.

        • I believe Kingston changes the sku number if they do change the specs, so they may be in the clear with their newer models

      • No worries, saw a comment about it in a previous deal and read up on it.

        Shame cause it was the next best thing to Samsung's NVME's but cheaper.

      Yes, it is sad that they've resorted to stuff like this. That said, even with the slower nand and controller, it is still one of the fastest in the market. And i guess, they had to do something to reach these prices
