  • Looks like charcoal is in stock for same price too https://www.hoselink.com.au/products/30m-retractable-hose-re…

  • Code gives 10% off their website as just used it on a few hose sprayers.

  • For around a similar price, Bunnings has this one with a 5 yr (vs 2 yr) warranty.

Hoselink is a far superior product in my opinion.

Installed mine from the previous deal over the weekend and its very very nice

Mine lasted about 3 years in the sun before starting to die, for the price the longer warranty seems better

        • I've had mine for 5 years and it still works great but I've noticed comments like yours in the past, it seems they don't cope as well if they are fixed to a north or west wall during the summer sun. Personally ours is fixed to the east wall and hence less direct sunlight.

I would rather get anything with 5 year warranty, especially from bunnings. Just return and replace.
Just need to see it on special, need a reel for the back garden.

    • Agree. After joining hoselink insiders on fb the amount of stuff breaking puts me off. I have no doubt the design of the no burst fittings are spectacular, but they need to last. Hoselink do appear to have no issue replacing stuff quickly i will say, but bunnings would do the same and 10 mins away. Another one I am considering is the delrico, but same issue of waiting for replacement if it coughs up

    • Gardena is excellent, never had any issues.
Avoid Holman. Hoselink looks good but need adapter to normal hose fittings.

  • is it worth it to get the Hi-Flow version?

    • Probably for 30m. Unless youve got awesome pressure.

    • I have the hi-flow and the pressure is less than our regular hose. Our older hose was likely shorter, but it's also possible that the longer hoselink hoses have a thinner internal diameter reducing pressure and flow rate. So yeah, anything less than hi-flow at this length is going to be even worse

      • Yes this seems to be true - definitely less pressure on my regular hoselink than my old hose.

  • My 20 dollar one from Repco seems to work fine after 12 months, installed in the shade though

is this really worth $200? I can't justify the price!

Somebody please educate me why i should or shouldn't buy this (price wise)

I agree with above. The stuff is good while it last, but they don't last longer than any other decent hose and fittings from bunnings (it's just a better experience while using it, which im not sure its worth such the high premium)

Code didn't work for me but 'SUBURBANEX15' gets the above down to 203.15 delivered
