Just spotted this in the Challenge section of the app! Bonus is on top of the normal cashback which is usually received instantly.

I just purchased the $10 ebay gift card which will give me $2.30 cashback (23%).

    Both stuck on reward pending, and it's not included in the Pending Earnings either.

      Same. My 3 challenging from Black Friday are completed but still showing as pending rewards. I don’t trust ShopBack anymore, even my 15% eBay cashback is not tracked properly and still stuck at “calculating” , lost over $45 cashback

      Because you have to wait until you eBay cashback is redeemable, which may took 70 days? 90 days? Can't remember. But anyway, They won't pay those bonus before that.

          Tracking only takes couple of days max. That is the the confirm waiting days. I do not know why you guys have so many problem tracking your orders. For me, I never had a single problem. Sometimes maybe takes longer time, never over 48 hours. Those $0 or calculating, are ineligible puraches.

      Have you read the T&C? It will be credited to your account once the main cashback is confirmed. So just wait until then.

        I had to wait a week to claim my missing eBay tracking, I have no faith the bonuses will be honoured as some have disappeared from my challenges since.

          If the main cashback wasn’t tracked then the bonus will be invalid, unfortunately. Unless they somehow confirm your transaction.

      Usually its instant. Happened with me as well, it didn’t arrive even after 24 hours.. has to raise support ticket (landed nowhere) but the support on chat was alright and they finally fixed

      Yeh pretty hit and miss… some of mine tracked no issues but the 12% bookings.com seemed to go awal which is really annoying because that was a big cash back for me … I’m guessing something to do with booking.com opening new tabs all over the place when you want to book the hotel I even closed it and reopened to try and make sure it worked…. now I need to chase it up.. happens with cash rewards too but a lot less compared to how many work…

    Noticed that it's 2500 winners, unlimited participants, so get in quick before it ends, I was number 1542.

    Got the $10 eBay GC with my available balance (considered TCN Online but it was $100 only), everything was smooth, cashback was instant and says available by 21/12, and the challenge was marked as completed about a minute later.

    Just tried to complete the challenge. It showed over 3233 participants and 1619 out of 2500 winners. Does it mean some people didn't complete? It should 1618 that counts, right? Can someone confirm? First time do this sort of challenge and only do it to keep the SB account going.

    Shopback app and browser has issues. I did the BWS cashback for $25 and got rejected with some poor excuse about these are the rules. I followed all the rules to the T and still it doesnt count. What a joke this company has become.

    Well, it seems they are trying to avoid paying it out:
    "Congrats! You've qualified for your bonus and it has been added to your Pending Earnings. It will move to your Available Balance shortly after you:" "Update your withdrawal details"
    And unlike the $0.30 which was credited, the $2 is pending … and totally unclear what to do (I've already withdrawn more than once, so don't see what the reason why this can't be credited).

    Every time you place the least amount of trust in these guys, they seem to find another way to annoy you.

      Cashback now available after raising a ticket with SB on 17 Dec and a reminder on 26 Dec (without a response to the emails).
      So also no explanation about the strange "Update your withdrawal details" message .
