Envy series get a really decent report on the touchscreen feedback and pen use, so great for a student that casual write on screen (Not a flip model).

      Honestly what's the thing about headphone jacks? Seems to be no USB-C on board, that's more of an issue I feel.

    Setup CamelCamelCamel to give you alerts on the Lenovo Flex 5 14" 2-in-1 Laptop, 14.0" FHD (1920 x 1080) Touch Display, AMD Ryzen 5 4500U. This is an awesome deal, but hard to get. Has been put up 3 times today for under $900. Grabbed one, but they don't last long (few min). No student account needed, but comes with pen and is a 2 in 1. Great student laptop, just no thunderbolt. Pen writes like a champ for notes or drawing

  If you don't need a touchscreen or Thunderbolt then the Lenovo Ideapad S540 is far better and cheaper. However currently out of stock.
