  My kids are currently on this pre-paid Kogan plan, and due in a month or so.

  Do you guys know whether activating this on their plan daisy-chains or replaces their current pre-paid plan?

  i.e. if do I lose a month of their previous 12 months if I activate this currently?

  Otherwise what is the activation expiry? Can I buy it now and apply it simply in a month's time?

    It does not "daisy-chain", it replaces your current plan as I learnt to my cost last year. Wait till the current plan expires, check your expiry date and do not activate until your current plan expires.

    Brilliant. Thanks for the info guys - I've bought two and will tuck them away till required. Daughter expires (well her plan does) February so all sorted there as well.
