HTC Sensation $25/Month for 24 Months - Free $25 Pre-Paid Visa Card (Crazy Johns = Vodafone)

80

If you hate vodafone this deal is not for you, no need to express your dislike for vodafone in this deal jv.

Crazy John's has the HTC Sensation for free on a $25.00 a month plan for 24 months. The cheapest you can get the phone itself is about $415.00 on ebay so $575 (after the $25 pre paid visa) seems like a pretty decent deal since you get 400mb a month + some calls and can pay it off over 2 years.

The crazy john's website lists this as out of stock but I rang my local store and they had them in stock and do the same price. The website lists the visa prepaid card as $50 but in store it was only $25.00.

For the price this is a whole lot of phone. Comes with a 8GB MicroSD card and can be unlocked instantly for free on the vodafone website.

  • Ah, dang. Signed up for the Vodafone one yesterday! Did get some upgrade bonuses from them so I guess that it kind of evens out.

    • May I ask what bonuses you asked for? My contract is about to run out.

BTW, do users on both sides get to take advantage of Vodafone to Vodafone free calls if one is using Crazy Johns and the other uses Vodafone?

      • I now get 1GB of extra/free data per month for renewing for 24 months http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/59093 I also got a free case which was pretty sweet. No idea about Vodafone calling Crazy Johns. I'd give Crazy Johns a call to check.

My contract is also going to expire. I called vodafone to match the deal posted on Crazy johns for Sony Arc ($25 * 24 months with $50 cash card). But they told me, they can do it 29*24 at the best.

OP, if you have this phone, I wanted to know, if the phone still has the issue of no signal and dust. They problem was posted in some previous threat of sensation.

    • Ask for the 1GB data per month for 24 months, too.

    • Not OP but as far as I can tell, signal is a good as what Vodafone delivers. For me, that means full bars where I live. As for dust, I read somewhere that the new patch don't get the dust problem but vodafone could still be selling the old ones.

I still love the looks of arc ( though single core) over others ( sensation or SG2). But front camera and 850 network support are the things stopping me.

The Arc is a very good phone. I like the design also, my friends has it and they really like it.

  • awesome deal~~~why does Vodafone/CrazyJohns always come out with great deals first than Optus or Telstra. In Brisbane the reception is not up to standard. But I think in Sydney or Melb, vodafone is on same level as Optus. So this could be a nice deal for melb/syd people.
