You should thank the Uyghurs in concentration camps in Xinjiang for making your phone then! ;)

        • Or thank Australian media for feeding you garbage

Like you, I only buy Aussie made mobile phones.

      • A bit old now I know, but what phone do you have? AFAIK, there's no phones purely made in Australia.

I have one of these, the phone itself is ok but the camera is pretty terrible, if the subject isn't perfectly still it'll be blurred, good luck taking photos of pets or kids.

My OG pixel 1 still has a better camera

  • will promo codes stack up i.e. Latitude and UNIdays?

      i.e. Latitude and UNIdays

      Yes

But not latitude and gift cards

  • From reading the specs, it looks like video on the Oppo A52 has ois stabilization. But it didnt say if the camera also supports ois for photo capture? Anyone can confirm?

Catch cancelled my order due to 'suspected fraud'. now out of pocket cos they are 'busy', and i cant get money back until they 'investigate'. just a warning for others

  • Have had issues with crashing, freezing and strange app behavior on this phone. Camera, fingerprint reader, GPS and screen rotate & light sensors are very average. Set to performance mode to try to improve but little improvement.

Battery life is OK but not as good as the day it was purchased. Feels cheap, but so do a lot of phones in this range.

Might be OK if you get it cheap enough but would recommend spending extra to get something decent. Bought for $290 and later tried to palm it off for $150 at work and nobody wanted it.
