    Be careful with the warranty for any TV company. It has to be a manufacturer defect. Hisense for example doesn't view vertical banding or vignetting as a defect, even if your TV has a lot of them. However, they could send a technician, but if he doesn't agree with you, it's $125 call out fee.

    I guess if your TV is REALLY bad, then, yeah. For the stuff listed above, trend carefully. In saying that, it is the lottery with these TVs regarding their LCD panels.

  I recently bought the 55 inch version ofthe same and love it. Perfectly suited what I was looking for and the built in android TV works great.

  I think this is the 50Hz version. From my quick reading, it looks like the 2020 model (which costs an additional $500) is a 200Hz panel.

  Did anyone who bought a TCL tv recently and applied for the Melbourne Cup promotion receive their gift card yet? Been almost 6 weeks now and nothing..tried to contact them and they use the usual scapegoats of COVID and Christmas time (even though my claim was approved two months before Christmas).
