Spotted this deal on White Corsair QL Fans thanks to my price watch on camel3.
Matching the historical low price on both the QL120 3 pack and the QL140 2 pack. Both packs should also include a Lighting Node Core to connect all the fans up to.
Nice to see an actual discount on some white PC gear which typically comes at a premium.

These are Corsair's newest fans, which are PWM Quad Loop (QL) ARGB 4 pin fans, which are reversible, having lighting on each side, unlike their LL and other fans. This makes them perfect for situations where you make be forced to have LL or other fans mounted in a configuration where the lighting side of the fans are facing a radiator etc. like the situation I have with my current LL fans.

Where the CRSR gang at ?

over 110$ for loud corsair fans and it's best price… it is a no deal from me. There is better rbg controlled per $ 3 packs out there that are more reliable and not as noisy.

    • Do you have a recommendation for other 3 packs?

over 2000$ for hot strix 3090 and it's best priceā€¦ it is a no deal from me. There is better performance per $ gpu out there that perform better and not as noisy.

      • Love you're long bow draw there, but here the dude is comparing spinning plastic that moves air with spinning plastic that moves a similar amount of air.
Trying to suggest an unfair comparison by using video cards $/performance as an analogy is stupid.
        It's more like comparing 2 3090's than comparing a 3090 with a better fps/$ card that you're suggesting.

        • It's more like comparing 2 3090's than comparing a 3090 with a better fps/$ card that you're suggesting. So a gaming x trio and a strix? whats da issue

It's still a deal on these fans. Just because it doesn't have the absolute best price/performance or whatever metric you want to compare doesn't mean it isn't a deal on these items.

Some people have other Corsair products, and the RGB ecosystems (ROG AuraSync, iCue, Logitech Lightsync, Razer Chroma, SteelSeries PrismSync, etc) as they stand currently, generally work best when using as much of one brand's products as possible as they aren't all compatible.

Corsair QL120/QL140 also available in Black for the same price.

  • do people have their PC in their room? If so, how do you sleep at night with all these shiny bright lights?

I don't keep my pc running whilst I sleep? I believe that's the norm

      • really? I leave my on 24/7. I was told that it takes more energy to turn it on than to leave it running

        • +4

I don't think that's true. I think the argument for leaving the computer on is to reduce boot cycles which means less wear on the hard drives. Not sure if it's applicable to SSD these days.

        • No… it just doesn't.

        • Yeah I turn my PC off when I'm asleep or out of the house. Otherwise if I did want to leave it on while sleeping I can turn off all my RGB lighting with one click in the iCue software

        • Trolling… I presume.

          I laughed anyway…

    • Turn it off to put it to sleep when you go to bed. Have mercy on your PC

    • wow, I did not know turning off PC is a thing now

  • I bought another set of corsair fans I think the 140mm from JW a few months ago and the iCue software was buggy + fans weren't exactly quiet

Ended up selling them and just buying some non-rgb Artic Fans which are better and I don't have to worry about any fancy fan controller because they can daisy chain off the 1 lead

geezus, what are these prices. they are just case fans arent they…

    • I thought so too when I first built my PC and went with some cheaper RGB fans. Now that I have nothing else to upgrade, $$ goes into fancy RGB…

  • Anyone know if these fit my B450 Mortar Max and can control via Mystic Light?
