yeah it does say that but when i applied it said $90 per person. hmmm
That is only for Citi Reward card, assuming yours is not Citi Rewards card.
No additional cost beyond the $90 fee for a supplementary card. 😃
Platinum card here. got the $90 charge. I had them reverse it and cancelled the additional cards.
Got offered $40 on my Ozbargain Signature/Premier. It says up to 4 additional cards are free.
Same for me. But terms and conditions mentions the charge so unsure what to do.
Also, very interesting that you are not restricted to family only. This makes it very possible to add 4 additional cardholders.

Depends on the card. My platinum one is targeted but I don’t have anyone else to add. The rewards one which I’d like to add, isn’t targeted and if I just add without the offer it’ll cost extra
Any idea how this impacts credit scores / if it impacts credit scores if you add other card holders?

I was told "The $90 fee information is generally applies to Citi credit cards.", but for these promotion there is no charge.
I just called Citi about this offer (my offer is $40 egiftcard). They said I should not get charged the $90 fee for the additional cardholder and have made a note on my account to that effect. The person I spoke to verified this with a supervisor.

Anyone actually ever got anything from Citibank for the last 6-12 months without the need of raising ticket?
I did that Amazon $200 & Coles $150 (got $30 egift card for each) and this one. Never got any. That Flybuys point exchange with 15% additional bonus previously, also didn't work (tried exchanging 2000 points, got exactly 2000 on the other side). Their tracking is definitely worse than Amex or Shopback/Cashrewards. Waste of time (I raised a ticket too, and got generic respond they'd look into it and no outcome).
A couple of years ago, I did get $100 egift card offer (for $2k spending or so) and took me months to go back and forth with them before they finally sent the gift card.
I got the email yesterday day for the Citi Instalment plan promotion, It took 12 weeks
