Toshiba 1TB USB 3.0 Portable 2.5" Hard Drive $99 Free Delivery

120

Came across this while looking up that Transformer deal. Cheapest on Staticice is $117 excluding shipping: http://www.staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=E05B100PBU3…

Seems like a decent price since hard drives are extremely expensive at the moment due to the floods.

  • Switch and bait :-(
adds $13.15 for shipping once you've
gone throough paypal and once you've gone through bank transfer too :-(
THEN logs your session so you can't start fresh - allows you to select free shipping , but still has the shipping charge on the invoice an=mount

If it happens let me know, that might be technical issue due to us putting too many concurrent promotion on freight charges and creating some bug

      • great service, Probably shouldn't be so quick to 'mouth off' 'ere!

        • bleugh - when you're one click away from accidentally paying an extra $13 you've got reason to be a little suspicious. Nevertheless, a quick response from the rep.

I see orders popping in, and the total: $99
something must be wrong at your end, let me know the postcode or something and we might need to investigate

    • It's fine now, thanks. Anyway, to the person who negged me, here's proof that I'm not lying (not that I have any reason to): http://img825.imageshack.us/img825/2872/shoppingexpress.jpg

please report any of this similar issue here, and if possible provide postcode with this issue. One thing to note, this drive is less than 20 in stock now, the last day of promotion, so my advice, act fast.

Done, thanks. I had to delete it out of my cart and re-add it. Anyway, apologies for the comments above, I've reported it to a mod to have it removed.

  • If this deal is still valid, could the op change the title. I just got one through. No issue here. Thanks for the deal. Let see how long it takes for it to arrive.

    • Yeah, trying to. I've reported it to a mod so it should be changed soon. Going to order one now.

don't bother, less than 5 left. may be gone by the time you requested

        • Already done :(

But I'll just click expired again.

  • worked a treat second time round selecting electronic transfer
seems paypal farks things up somehow

  • what floods?

  • Won't neg but would prefer to spend another $30 for a 1.5Tb portable HDD.

      Where?

      (I'd actually like to know)

      • http://www.itestate.com.au/pages/product/pdt_product_detail.… by the looks of it

BUT, 20 odd bux freight, means it's still the same price per gig :-)

        • Yeah, unless you're in Sydney and want to pick it up. It's sold out anyway.

      • DSE. Granted it's only USB2.0 but it's still a substantial amount of extra storage for $30.

        • Not bad. Guess there's about a $20 difference for USB 3.0 if you count it price per GB. It's a shame that one isn't the upgradeable one.

  • Had it is the cart, but sold out whilst messing around with paypal.

    Just got one

    • Looks like it's back in stock. Rep?

      • Also looks like their web-site has gone into "Ozbargain Meltdown".

        • Still can't access site

        • Our server is undergoing some changes & fixing some bugs at the backend (as we just moved to new server yesterday), need sometime before it goes up. please be patient.

  • Got on but says sold out.

  • So is it sold out for certain this time, rep? If so, I'll click the expired button.

may have other hard drive deal next week.

        • LOL I guess they have stock lying around to add ?

  • Hi Rep I sent an email to you (or directly to James actually) about my order?

Just wondering if it will be received ok?

    • Dear Sir,

Our customer support team is not working today. He should be responding to you on monday.

  • Watch these drives, of 6 or so we got at MLN when they were cheap this time last year ($129), at least 3 failed and went back.
