    Great product.
    Worst customer service. Mine broke near the start of the year. They wouldnt replace it. I had bought it for less then 6 months

        I contacted via messenger. Had to repeat myself several times. Then corona virus happened so didnt have time to chase it up
        Edit: also they wanted the original box it was shipped in. Who the hell keeps that?

      I've got both the Wowstick and the powered Wiha and I prefer the Wiha… it has everything in one place.

      The Wowstick has one carry case for two 'items' - you either carry the holder and one tube of bits or have the holder in the little stand and two tubes of bits in the case. You'll still be left with one tube to put somewhere in that setup which I just found annoying.

      Functionality wise, they both work to unscrew/screw little items

    Don't expect items coming from the AU warehouse to arrive any faster then if you were to coming from the China warehouse. I purchased this https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/590928#comment-9826267 on dec 14th, they gave me a tracking number for Aramex/fastway courier which showed that it was sitting in Sydney since the 15th. I contacted Aramex, who told me that the con note had been created, but they had not received the item from the sender. Contacted bangood support via chat who told me that Aramex had the item… wonder who is telling the truth.
