  • Nevermind

  • Same price at MSY and Centrecom

    • Yeah, but you get free delivery for those who do not want to waste the whole weekend waiting in line?

in all seriousness they wait time at CPL is beyond a joke, 2 weeks ago, a $9 mouse took one hour to get ready.

  • Will Logitechshop act on this price war?

Wow it takes a $100 price drop for Dick Smith to even match MSY. They must make huge profits on their stock.

  • I got these speakers on sale from JB Hifi only a month ago for $132

  • Bought these a week ago - price matched MSY at Officeworks so paid $141

Ended up taking them back as we found them to be lacking for everyday music listening. Probably ok for games.

    • What speakers do you recommend for everyday music listening?

      • I was gonna buy z623. Tested it. Was crap.
Ended up buying Corsair SP-2500. Heaps better

    Um…am I missing something?

200 watts RMS, great, hear the plastic thunder instead of your music with these tiny speakers!

    logitechshop.com.au had $129 before.

Too bad they're not USB. Pure digital speakers are the only way to go.

  • how's the quality of these speakers in comparison to the Z506 that are going for $49?

    • I compared this with the Z506. This is by far better than the Z506 but there are still people who think this speaker is crap. If this is crap, then the Z506 is worst.

      • ahh thanks for the quick reply, much appreciated. Also, i'm currently using the logitech Z4's and they are pretty decent. Is it worthwhile to upgrade to either this or the Z506?

        • Z4 is great, Z506 is louder, much more bass. As for audio improvement imo its a whole lot better.

I would go for something better if budget allows it.

        • Guys Z623 are a whole step above Z506's that is for sure - but you are also comparing 5.1 vs 2.1. the sub alone packs more of a punch that Z623's.

  • i have this speaker. it's powerful. much stronger than Z506. bass is way better than Z506.

but the problem is the power button. im on my SECOND Z623 because the power button has this problem where after a while, it starts to not work properly. it's like it doesn't stick. if you search google people have the same problem, and they say that there's supposedly "dust" behind the button. it's annoying sometimes.

anyway, it happened to my first z623, and now the same problem with my second one. so be warned.
