when you shop online at BIG W between Friday, 25 December and Wednesday, 30 December* in time for The BIG Boxing Day Sale^.

For all online transactions, orders need to be delivered or picked up by 23:59 AEDT 30/12/2020 to qualify for the points

Your points can take up to 7 business days from the end of the promotional period to be loaded onto your Everyday Rewards Card. You will not collect any points on gift cards (including iTunes), mobile recharge, travel cards, tickets, BIG W Photos, BIG W eBay, donations, lay-by fees or lay-by cancellation fees.

    I’m always confused by their wording. If shopping online does that mean its delivery only or can it be a click and collect?

      Should be click and collect too. It mentions pickup here in terms:

        How would an order be delivered before 30th even if it were ordered on 25th?

        In my previous experience with Big W it takes them 3 days to pack and ship the order, then you've gotta wait for Australia Post to deliver.

        I’ve had one with 5x points and they said I wasn’t eligible for those points because it wasn’t an online order

    I bought something online yesterday at Big W for click and collect today and only received 1x points. Had the offer activated yesterday.

    As per the terms and conditions online transaction must be delivered or picked up by the 30/12/2020.
    This is a bit unrealistic especially if you want the goods delivered.
    I mean the expected delivery of the TV on sale will be sometime next year.

    Has anyone ordered from Bog W online and there haven't been issues? I got sick of the constant screw ups and then trying to clean up the mess with the morans in customer support.

    Bought an iphone 11 from Big W on Christmas. 10000 points ie. $50 came in yesterday. We also stacked it with 5% off big W gift card and $100 off $400 credits with two Amex cards. Therefore we got the iphone with less than $700.

    Bought a Lego set for the kids today online whilst literally standing in the toy aisle to make sure it was in stock. Carried set over to the pick up counter, told the cashier I had just bought it online, she scanned it with my order code and done. Out in about 5 minutes.

    A bit late to this but it could be considered 9x points. "10x points equals 1 standard point and 9 additional points". For example if you spend $990 at big w you get 8910 points not 9990 points.
    Please correct me if I am wrong.

      You would get 9900 points total: 990 standard points and 8910 bonus points
