Order via the app while you are lining up, then mention that you want to modify your order.
Can do. Just ask for receipt and use number on app history for feedback details. They can print receipt that give other details for you.
Then take a photo of it (or just keep it) and use it every time, or just screenshot the survey validation code.
Can anyone confirm where this is working? Last few times I got a paper receipt from KFC they don't mention the survey any more.

Yep.. I don't see why people should need to be in-store or in the car park to order. My local KFC often takes 20-30 minutes to prepare orders so being able to order while at home would be a huge benefit. A couple of times I have ordered from home and pressed 'I am inside the restaurant' so my order is sent, but both times the restaurant never got my order (visa was charged, had to email customer support).
I've used "I'm inside the restaurant" while quite far away and it has always worked for me.

Keep getting error "could not establish a connection, please check your internet connection and try again" on the app since yesterday (was working few days ago). Any ideas how to fix it?

I got a freebie $4 credit on the app but everytime I try to order I keep getting "Loyalty cannot be used.. blah blah" error. Anyone knows how to fix it?
