remember to lie and pretend you couldn't tell the difference in order to have a chance to win the prize

    Free covid? #thanksgladys

QLD has been trying to warn you Sotherners about that women’s incompetence and arrogance all year. Maybe y’all will see now.

      • Thankfully I'm in Qld

It’s fair to say Andrews has been generously handing that out for longer and more freely.

    • Nah, you need to go to Fountain Gate for that.

With the new virus cases going around? Hell no, I'll avoid Chaddy like the plague.

    • +10

But it’s a free can of soft drink. Totally worth the risk and is essential. /s

But in all seriousness, with stupid shit like this it’s amazing we’re not exactly like the US and UK. It’s like most of the population stupidly decided in October that COVID was over.

6 cases linked and isolated from NSW with nothing linked to Chady .

I think you need to take your risk/reward equation in perspective which is virtually nothing .

      • +8

6 known cases that have been identified. Who knows how many others are wandering around undiagnosed.

Also, the way viruses spread, low numbers can become completely out of control in only a few days.

        Hold on to your butts.

      • +5

While the risk is virtually nothing, the reward is pretty much nothing also. I probably wouldn't go for a free can of Pepsi Max on a good day

        • +2

Problem is government is a few days behind people warning of a hot spot of which they have already fled if they want to go interstate .
They need immediate action which of course they are incapable of doing .
That is why Melb has it again .

        • you would if u were stuck on a deserted island like Tom Hanks

Fun fact, coke and sprite taste similar and hard to tell the difference if you pinch your nose and drink it with a straw.

    • +4

That doesn't sound right, but I don't know enough about stars to dispute it.

      • +1

Haha I was like you until I tried it. Close your eyes and ask someone to give you coke/sprite, so u don’t know what it is. Pinch your nose so you couldn’t breath using your nose and drink it with straw. Let me know how it goes. 😂

        • Well yeah, if you pinch your nose you won't taste anything.

          • +3

@smartazz104: Awesome. I'll tell the gf to pinch her nose. But I'll leave out the straw part.

            • +5

@Sammyboy: Leave the straw as well- prob won’t know the difference

Free Pepsi with a side of Covid.

  • +3

Reg Coke and Pepsi Max are drastically different flavors.

    That said, STAY AT HOME!

  • I wonder is Pepsi will get sued by Coke

  • Parramatta Westfields had this a few weeks ago.
The Pepsi max has a sweeter tastes too it. I prefer coke but chose the Pepsi in hope of getting a shirt. Didn’t get the shirt and also forfeit getting the can. Got a few free zips since I was thirsty.. so a win either way.

Never mind getting COVID, the parking is the problem. I wouldn’t go there for a free slab of Pepsi max

    • Not sure why you are being downvoted - it's the worst place on earth for parking. I'll never go there again in my life.

      • +1

Probably because disregarding COVID and saying parking is the biggest issue is extremely dumb considering one is an inconvenience, the other has killed nearly 2 million people plus causing possibly chronic conditions after “recovery” for some that survive.

Lol no, that award goes to Macquarie Centre in Sydney.

At least Chadstone, the largest shopping centre in the southern hemisphere, has free all day parking and isn't designed like an illogical mess.

Here's a fun read for you.

All the sheep want to park right on top of the entrances .
So easy all places to get a park 200-300 m away from the entrances .
