  I ordered mine on 31/12/2020 and it arrived yesterday without an SD Card.

  Has anyone else not received their SD Card?

    Hi dear, you have to add SD card your cart together with the camera. Otherwise it doesn't come with the SD card. Please contact the support team(https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and ask them to send you SD cards.
