    Purchased Hill's Science cat food on Petbarn (Hill's Science Diet Dog & Cat Food - 8.40% cashback) to use the bonus $20 cashback.

    Have just received the cashrewards email showing AUD 1.81 cashback on Amount AUD 51.81* - That doesn't look like 8.40% cashback to me, or am I missing something?

        Hi TA. I had these random Groupon bucks in my account. I read the T&C for both Groupon and this spend 20 and get 20 back but no mention of this. Can you please confirm if I will still get $20 cashback after spending technically $0 ?

      if offer was activated, Tracking confirmed you are eligible for $20 (unless order is cancelled etc)
      So, now have to wait…

          probably the value was excluding gst, because 19.08+10% =$20.99. I heard cashback is sometimes based on the price without gst included. not sure! but good luck!

              @sakg: No issue at all. Chemist Warehouse reports sales ex GST for the purposes of cashback.

              Sales may report to Cashrewards ex GST so the amount shown in your account may be less than $20. You will still be eligible for the bonus.

    Would this have worked if I got 2 items (each less than $20 in value but more than $20 together) from 2 different sellers on Amazon? The cashback was tracked separately so I'm unsure if it would work. Never done this before so I'm not sure

    hmmm - this didnt track at all for me - i was targeted via email - i activated - clicked thru and bought spirits from dan murphy which had 2% cashback

    now 4 days later and nothing - no confirmation email from cashrewards and no record of the transaction on the cashrewards site

    so i didnt even get the measly 2% let alone the $20!!

      I am experiencing the same issue. Bought something on Catch but it hasn't tracked. I also have a similar issue with ShopBack with their $10 bonus (many others are having the same issue https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/593725). Never had a problem with either sites before.

    Hmm I bought a $30 Myer gift card on the night, tracked and gave me $0.60 back, but not the bonus $20 as far as I can tell. Have submitted a support enquiry.
