    just scan 3 or multiples of 3. It comes up as 0.99 each and then a separate line for the discount for "bags for Good Offer".

    I bought 6 in store and it gave me the discount.

    I think they are nylon?
    Decent durability, roll up into a very compact size. A woman could fit several easily in a handbag
