    I've had to diagnose network problems at friends houses in the past, and having a 'ready reckoner' right there on my phone would have been much handier than referring to things on my laptop.

    Simple pings and traceroutes via the iphone is definitely a useful thing to have!

    It's targeted to "non-professionals"…. and when it comes to stuffing about with networking issues, thats most folk.

    Great find OP, just downloaded and looks like it will be very useful in the future. Ta.

  I agree it is developed for IT folk because boy is the UI ugly! I hope they work on improving it for non-professionals.
