Currently upsized: up to 6% at ShopBack, and up to 5% at Cashrewards… Oh, you mean a 20-22% upsize 😉

I don't have much luck with these Liquorland 2k points for $50 spend, I wait patiently for months but on the last 3 occasions they never arrived.

The Coles bonus points are a lot quicker and much more reliable.

Did you contact flybuys? Usually they are very good to credit the points if stuffed up like your case

I had a Coles flybuys not come through. When i contacted them they disputed the fact that i didn't 'activate' it and that i need to provide evidence that I did. What a load of crock! I'm definitely sure i activated it because I wouldn't have shopped there otherwise

        • My last 4 or 5 from Liquorland and first choice didn't credit either. Time to call up and hound them I guess

    • +1

Make sure you call them after 4-6 weeks and they will add the points in.

      • Thanks, will give them a call when I've got my facts together

        • Be prepared that they might give you all excuses. I rang, got upset and gave up. They are not as good as used to be. Especially all these Liquorland offers. There are quite a few in the past month or two. It is just not worth the time and effort.

  • They ran the same promo early Dec last year. I had to wait 4 weeks and called them before they credited the bonus points.

    • I still haven't received from Dec one also. I wonder if it requires >$50 in a single transaction. I spent over $50 in multiple transactions within the offer period. T&C's usually state that it needs to be in single transaction but was not stated in this case.

      • +1

Not sure about this one. But those offers in Dec, you have to spend $50 or over in single transaction.

      • I spent exactly $50 on one transaction. But then again, you will have to call them if you want to get your bonus points.

Few other people also having the same issue: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/588343

        • I rang twice.

First time when I rang they tried to tell me that I wasn't qualified because order needed to be picked up and invoiced before offer ends and also couple of other reasons. Eventually I was told me to wait for 4 weeks.

Second time I rang I was told I was given the points already on 18 Dec 20 and I said it was for another order placed on 18 Dec. Then she said not true. After that she moved on to say that I wasn't qualified. I got angry and asked for manager then she put me on hold for quite a while. When she came back (not the manager) she told me to wait for another 3 days as I needed to wait for 30 or 31 days and not 4 weeks according to what her supervisor told her. And no supervisor was available to talk to me.

          • @apple0604: Gosh that sounds so painful and lots of bs from their end. It clearly says 4 weeks not 30/31 days smh

            • @foxes28: I did speak to another supervisor and she said it was supposed to be 30, 31 days, 1 month, not 4 weeks. I wasn't happy being given all these bs so I said to her Flybuys should update its Terms and Conditions. On top of that on both occasions I had to wait over 30 mins to even speak to someone. Apparently (I was told), Liquorland let's system was being upgraded and got problems. So I won't bother with all these offers anymore.

  • Just had $40 spend for 2000 points at LL.

Bonus points arrived almost immediately, and at least a day before the standard points arrived

    • I did 3 transactions when 2000 bonus points offer was on back in Dec last year. The first time didn't get it. Second time got it next day and on order confirmation it even showed that congratulations you just earned 2000 bonus points. The third time points were given like a few days later but back dated. So I couldn't figure out how their system can be inconsistant.

      • All same account?

        • Yes, only have one flybuys account. They run 2000 bonus points offer a few time last Dec and Jan.

I also have had nothing but trouble trying to get points honored from first choice and Liquorland
They owe me 5 x 2000 points last time I rang the bloke on the phone argued with me saying they had paid when they had not
