  • Wow cheap. Would like to see this in Sydney stores, they have some nice things

  • Miss this floor. Used to love it when it was all just sport!

    • Actually, that was the original home of Victoria's Basement.

  • what do they sell?

  • QVB only?

given the gimmickery they normal pull on their pricing I reckon it will be 80% off MSRP (suggested RP) which is bollocks in the first place.
still, maybe worth a look to see what they can't sell regularly and need to flog off under this guise.

OP: note that this is for their pop-up store, not their regular QVB store, so it's not 80% off everything, just what they choose to take to their pop-up store

    • yeah its a pop up store where the old espirit was
      not the orginial QVB store

      stuff in there was ok
      some christmas stuff on sale
      cups etc

    • Voted positive for inventing the word "gimmickery". I like it I think because I'm also quite fond of the word "shenanigans".

According to the picture I uploaded, it looks like only the Queen Victoria Building

Giftware , Dinnerware, Glassware , Christmas Decorations, Table Cloths, Napkins, Mats, Runners.. according to the picture I uploaded.

I don't know any more than whatever is in the picture I took from the mX newspaper, looks like a leadup to Christmas sale, might check it out tomorrow myself.

It's not what you guys expect from Victoria Basement. In that specific store near Town Hall station they are only selling clearance items. So don't expect those fancy brand names. The best value items in the shop was 1 litre flasks for $10 and cheap candles.

  • Some nice items, good christmas shopping.
