    Still showing same price (no discount to me) online and went in store st clair in Adelaide too but same shit no discount.
    Store was like we cant offer that price it is different.
    So i left everything else (other than sim) in store too didn't buy anything.
    Staff so unhelpful

        contacted them on Coles mobile site and the 1800 complaint number, still whatever they show no respect to there customers by not honouring what they advertise.

        Its not company wrong this time rather people at coles who dont understand this and dont honor what they are supposed to honor

    I am guessing you scan $2 sim at the checkout, than choose the recharge voucher for $150. That should bring it down to $120 and print the voucher.
    Than activate sim and port the number and recharge online.

    Just purchased $150 with $2 SIM card, the recharge was discounted to $120 but it didn't discount the $2 SIM. Had to go to service desk to get refund of the SIM. The self checkout also didn't allow paying by Gift Card.

    I went into Coles today to purchase the $120 SIM card. If you take the $120 SIM to the service desk, the discount won't work as the discount is for recharge only.

    What you need to do is take the $2 dollar SIM to the service desk and ask them to charge the SIM with the 365 day $120 prepaid plan. They can apply the discount if you do it this way. Then they'll charge you $96 and print out a receipt with a voucher number. You can use the voucher number when activating your SIM on the coles mobile website.

        My recharge voucher expires 17/10/2021. So it has 10 month's expiry.

      You can port from any telco (except if you're already with Coles Mobile) to keep your number.

    I went to 5 stores and none of them aware of it. the store manager's are very rude. 4 store doesn't have this and the fifth one at Epping had this but the lady said the scanning says as $120 and the catalogue what they have doesn't show this offer.
    Even the catalogue share on this page doesn't show such an offer.
    Can you tell meon which page is this offer?
    I am in Sydney NSW.

      It's on Page 46 (3rd last page) of the catalogue. Can confirm it being in the NSW catalogue too. Note that the discount is on the recharge voucher, not the Sim Pack, there is nothing to scan for the recharge since you get them at the checkout screen. If you need a Sim then you have to buy the seperate $2 Sim as well in the same transaction ($0 cost).

    1) I went to Coles this morning.
    2) Put $2 SIM in trolley alongwith groceries
    3) Went to counter and said I need $120 recharge voucher
    4) Operator scanned all, got $96 discounted price alongwith $2 waver for SIM

        Bought mine PM Fri & voucher/Coles docket states Expiry Date 24/10/2021 - although on back of SIM pack states "Activate within 30 days of purchase or by the date advertised on a promo"
