Hi Luke, can you please give an update to delivery on pc? I ordered 30th December, post on ozbargwin said shipment on 15th January but got update on Facebook for shipment on 19th but got no email of shipment and facebook/email doesn't give reply?
As per our PM we've received dispatch notification of the cards from the manufacturer around the 14th of January coming direct from manufacturer, so they shouldn't be far off.

I know you're waiting on your repair, but the way this is written makes it sound like we haven't sent it yet. Your system was delivered on December 10th but unfortunately the GPU was damaged in transit. We are waiting on either a) your GPU, which we have sent off to the manufacturer to be replaced or b) our next shipment of GPUs so you can get a replacement from that batch, whichever comes first. Unfortunately there are no GPUs in the entire country to replace yours with, or we would have done so immediately. I know it's tough but we can't replace what there isn't any of. Our next batch of cards was dispatched from the manufacturer around the 14th of January, and are coming direct to us from Asia manufacturing, so they shouldn't be far away. Hang in there.
Sorry mate, should've rephrased it to make it not as misleading. Upset about the customer service experienced and only felt that i received actual help you emailed today. Appreciate that.

About 4 depends on how u stack them
The 1660 Super will have at least 3 output ports.
I found 3 x DP and 1 HDMI. So, definitely will support 3 monitors but not sure for 4 monitors.

Specs for the bundled basic Leaper Air Mini RGB case. To answer the question. 3.5" bay unavailable if video card installed. You'll need to upgrade the case to one of the other options to get additional 3.5" bays.

I bought one and the HDD is installed at the bottom of the case. No HDD slot or even extra slots.
I am planning to install ssd m2 nvme in the future instead.
Do you guys know any place where I can get Windows 10 for cheap? Perhaps even Windows 7 for free anywhere and get the free upgrade to Windows 10?

Smaller than what I expected. Also what I found strange was that when I opened the box inside it, I found the nuts and bolts package teared out. I couldn't find the other teared piece of the plastic wrap, and the nuts and bolts are just scattered in the box.

@babiguling: Grateful that Techfast sent mine pretty reasonably quick.
No windows 10, trying to find one. So far the PC is good. It does the day to day job that I need. They've built everything for you. You just need to remove packaging, plug and play. The PC is decently quick. I've only had about 1 hour so far to play around.

@babiguling: Windows 10 but needs activation. As mentioned in description you need to buy it. The fan noise is pretty loud imo! But I guess it's tolerable.
I bought this and I received it on Monday this week.
Overall, for less than $1k PC, I am happy as a seasonal gamer and better than Sony PS5 for my condition. I play racing simulation most of the time with my G29 steering wheel and just starting GTA V. The settings are on Ultra/Very High and I am satisfied enough with the speed + FPS.
Windows 10 need activation but somehow my hotmail account has a licence attach to it. I don't know how maybe from my old laptop.
Fan noise is a bit loud compare to my laptop. I don't own any other PC to compare.

I ordered mine end of Jan and haven't heard anything since so I emailed them last week and they said they were waiting on cards to arrive as there weren't enough for the amount of orders but no ETA given, so who knows.
Thats kinda worrying as I ordered mine at 18 feb. Hopefully arrives soon!
Luke says that they're expecting the "next bulk shipment to land at the end of next week"
Ordered on 5/2. Email from Aaron on 2/3 said "We are currently awaiting the next shipment of GTX 1660 Supers to arrive at our warehouse so that we're able to fulfil your order, as these are the last components that we are waiting on to complete your PC build. We have been in constant contact with our suppliers for these GPUs and from the information that we have gathered they are likely to arrive around the end of the week into early next week at the current time".

any idea about if we can add a cpu cooler or swap for a rtx 2060 ti?
I think there was an rtx 2060 super but not an rtx 2060ti. That said if there is no drop down it is not available. Graphics cards are completely sold out worldwide. It’s impossible to get anything currently, my advice to you is as soon as Luke posts a rtx 3060 deal buy it!!!! Rtx 3060 will be released on the 25th (US time so 26th) it should be 1300ish to 1450ish and once again buy buy buy if you want one this year. If you don’t care about ray tracing and virtual ram, buy this one but from the comments they are waiting on a resupply of graphics cards.
Wow this is a really good build at this price even the PSU acceptable for entry level. For any gamers wondering a sensibly overclocked 3500x performs around 10% better than a R5 3600, very underrated gaming CPU IMO

Update from a mate who got this particular deal back in mid Feb and asked for an ETA:
"Unfortunately we still don't have the cards on hand and it's not looking like these orders will be shipping this week"
I got a similar message last week. Thinking of asking for a refund and getting something else for my son now.

Got a update yesterday. Seems like they should be getting the part in by the end of the week if their supplier keeps to their word. Fingers crossed we will receive our PC's by the end of next week.
Update - PC has been sent yesterday. Just awaiting delivery now.
I wouldn't recommend this and gotta be careful with PCs from here. I have been using this since February. It was fine until now. The PC stopped working. It is running but is not showing anything on the monitor. Even if I change the HDMI cable, or VGA cable. Even from testing it out with my laptop to see if it's the monitor issue. Even from testing my PC on another monitor and nothing is showing. It runs but nothing showing.
I'd take my comments back, just one of the HDMI ports isn't working.
