What I love about their Biltong is that you can get it nice and fatty or just traditional. I can recommend their Smokey Jerky, Texan Jerky and all their Snapsticks. I've yet to try the Lamb Jerky though.

    In general I find soft biltong to be less salty than jerky.

    Had a similar terrible experience as some of the reviewers on https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/the-jerky-co

    It was inedible, and their customer service is appalling to say the least.
